just got a call from this unknown number why?

These [***] are just bulk-dialing whole ranges of numbers sequentially, I know this  because my brand-new phone and brand-new number has never been used to call anybody.
iOS 7 will fix this [***]-heads as it will finally contain native call-blocking.

I missed the call - fortunately so don't know who was calling me.  Probably about misold PPI!!

Had 4 calls since Monday from this number. Answered last one and sounded like a busy call centre, guy said he was ringing with good news from TMobile Rewards and started asking me questions about my phone and household. Told him to stop making unsolicited sales calls and to remove my number (which he said he had got from TMobile). Told him I'd ring them myself if I wanted anything!

I've had numerous calls from this number saying they are from T Mobile and have got great deals for me.  I've repeatedly asked them to remove my number, I've called T Mobile to tell them to take my number off their list and the last call today I've said I would be contacting the police and report them for making nuisance calls.  Whether this will make any difference who knows but the calls are damned annoying so T Mobile really have to do something about this as it's giving them a very bad reputation

I keep receiving this call but i do not answer as I do not recognize the number

I got a call from this number today, when I answered it it was silent, I said "hello, hellooooo" then a recorded message said I had received a call from T-Mobile (my phone operator) and that no further action was necessary.

I have no idea what the point of it was based on comments here. I have now blocked the number using an app on my Android phone. I will also be reporting it to the TPS.

The number that called me was 01462 439891 and they said "hello this is T Mobile and if you would like to discuss removing your number from our calling list please call 01462 439890".  I rang T Mobile Customer Services on 150 to report and complain about calls from this number and eventually got through to a lady called Nova.  Every time we call 150 we are charged by T Mobile and I was cut off mid sentence and not called back - very poor service.  Perhaps it's time to leave T Mobile.  Everyone needs to phone or email and complain otherwise nothing will be done about these nuisance calls.

Continually harrassing me from this number. TMobile somewhere said call 01462439890 to get them to stop but that doesn't answer or says the office is closed. Only seems to happen if you have a contract with TMobile (i.e not PAYG). Not renewing

Called 150 about these jokers and it is TMobile marketing and, if you threaten them with leaving, they do say your number will be removed from their marketing list and it will take up to 3 weeks. I'll wait and see if they're good to their "word", or just leave them

Been called twice a day for 2 weeks now from this number. -

I just spoke to them now after about a week of missed calls. If you ask to be taken off the calling list they'll gladly do it, they did it for me just now no probs

Persistant calling from above then a call which just displayed as "Dial". Rang number. Spoke to T Mobile rep with a reather offensive pushy manner. Terminated call.

I just had a call from this number (as it looks like a home number)and a very pushy guy was shouting down the phone that they wanted to speak to the account holder (my wife) - when I informed him that this was my phone and she had her own - he just couldn't get it through his skull that he couldn't speak to her on this phone.  He just kept repeating that he wanted the account holder louder and louder.  His records show she should be in this number - i informed him that his records should also show there are 2 phones on the account - and to ring the other one if he wants her.  Then it was really sarcasm and a YOU'VE BEEN REALLY HELPFUL !!!! then he rung off.  - I was in the office at the time and it was really unprofessional.  I will be reviewing the contract now based on this call.

Saved as "NUISANCE" on my mobile & sent straight to voicemail so my phone will no longer ring & annoy me with marketing calls, really gets my goat & I cant be [***] with crap like this.
Im a nurse and work long shifts, my downtime is precious and I dont need pushy sales either on my housephone or my mobile, if I want to renegotiate my contract (or leave you EE) I'll let you know. Ive only had my phone 6m.

THESE PEOPLE HAVE CALLED 23 TIMES IN THE PAST 4 DAYS ITS DRIVING ME NUTS WHO THE HELL ARE THEY?
