If you have asked them to take you off their list, any marketing callers should respect your wishes. If they are still contacting you launch a formal complaint as that would be considered to be harassment. Hope that helps :)

This company will not stop repeatedly ringing my landline and mobile sales pushing!
Do they really think I wish to do further business with them as I am already counting the time down to when my only first and last mobile contract ends with them! Stupidly signed into a 24 mth full monty unlimited calls/texts/broadband contract with them at a fixed contract price which they have upped the monthly payment 3 times using economic finances as their excuse.

But worst of all my iPhone looks as new as the day I got it as for throughout T-Mobile contract, I can never get a signal despite politely arguing this dispute, they have done nothing to put this matter right, disgusting customer relations YET HAVE THE NERVE TO KEEP COLD CALLING 24/7 to PUSH ANOTHER SALE!!

Get a call 3 times this week

Had a call every day for a week, no answer when picked up, what a bunch off morons, they want to get a life.

These f*****s have been calling me for ages; I finally answered today and some Lahndun geezer calling on behalf of T-Mobile starts giving me a load of sales spiel about me being one of their best customers, blah blah blah, "to get us started how many people are using mobiles in your home?"
What a load of ****.
When I say this isn't a conversation I'm interested in having first he comes out with the typically lame salesman crap "what you're not interested in saving money today xxx?" to which I start to reply and then he hangs up on me.

People where very rude wen said I don't want anything from them and the blokes voice changes when he took me off hold..block the number if u can from your mobile..

I keep getting phone calls from this number at about the same time every afternoon. The number is not familiar to me so I don't answer it. My number is registered with the telephone preference service, so should not have any of these nuisance calls!

No surprise that these calls are coming from T-Mobile. Just another reason, to add to thousands of others, why NOT to join their service. Piss poor.

received a missed call from this lot earlier today. Likewise, I am with T Mobile.

I'd be interested in whether others getting this number calling are in the 01462 dialing code area? The only reason I picked up the call was because it looked like a local call.

It was TMobile with 'great news about my contract' as I am one of their best customers (I only pay £12 per month so suggested this clearly wasn't the case!).  Tried to get him to get to the point and he waffled about how he saved his last customer £172 - not even listening to the fact I said I don't even spend that in a year.  Tried to sell me more mobiles (don't want other phones) and tablets - don't want that either - I'm perfectly happy with my ipad mini.

I said the only thing I'd be interested in was if they can put me on a lower tariff - which he responded to rather indignantly that 'I can't change your tariff!'

Will add the number to my automatic rejection list!

What is the point of such a vague comment - completely unhelpful!

They want to offer you iPads, second handsets and other things for being a "loyal customer".

Received a call from these goons earlier today.

The first thing I heard when I answered was raucous laughter followed by the operator quickly telling someone to stop when he realised someone had actually answered his call.

I was treated to the wrong pronunciation of my name followed by some generic statements about me being a loyal T-Mobile customer. I told him that I wasn't interested and that I remember blocking the previous number that was used for these calls.

He told me that he's here to help me out and that he's got some great deals and discounts that can't be found anywhere else (yeah right).

I wanted the call to end as soon as possible, but he kept iterating that he was here to help me.

Finally, the call ended and I hope that he's taken me off the calling list, though I've blocked the number anyway just to make sure I won't be bothered by these calls again.

I had a call from them today. i told them to F OFF  after he started to get aggressive on the phone. i noted down the number and then rang t-mobile.

T-mobile told me they have no call centre in Hitchin (01462) and all calls from t-mobile would start 0845 or 0779

my recommendation is don't answer the phone and put the number on the rejects list.
