I think that at theend of the day as the business is only open from 8-8 mon-fri how you can recieve a call at 5am in the morning, also i have looked on the web site and this number dosen't even show up on it it shows another numbe that you can call
Also as an up and coming business there are to be a few teething problems, so before we come on here and and slam a company that wants to help people in regards to claiming money or finding a cheaper electical company think about the people that want to work and make a living, instead of sitting on the dole and abusing the system and spending our tax money.
it is hard enough to find a job and i say good on the people that want to work and provide for their family. and if it is such an issue stop coming on here and maoning why don't you either write to the the company or even email and you never know you could actual help them with any tecincal problems that they are having in regsrd to the amount of calls you are etting

These guys are a bunch of charlatans who purposely give low prices - then hit you with massive administration fees, call fees and anything else.

shame on liverpool victoria for letting them act as brokers - i will never take out insurance with them ever again and will purposely boycot liverpool victoria.

This is awful. Yes ok they are doing a job, but to call me 7 times? I asked to be removed off the system as I didn't have an accident and I was not removed and called again 3 times with people laughing in the background. I told them I had not had an accident and they where persistent. Asked me about my insurance, I don't even drive so I don;t know where they get their data. After that I was asked about my gas and electricity, my mum and dad pay that! It sounds like the might as well call through the local telephone directory. Isn't it illegal to be cold called for accidents? Are accident and insurance brokers allowed to be under the same roof? This is all a bit suss really.

I worked for this company, There not a Scam but they do generate leads from other Insurance companies who sell your information to ADE, so if you've had a qoute on line with go compare or similar companies and these guys call saying there calling Barson Brookes then your info has been sold on to ADE.

What they do is call you saying its Market Research, they will ask you a disclaimer saying do you mind if our company contacts you if we can find you a cheaper deal with insurance or energy suppliers etc etc. If you agree to go through with the market research questions and you answer yes to some of them, then they will pass this information to other parts of there company who will contact you (under a different name) to try an get you a better deal or help you put an injury claim through etc etc If you ask them if there apart of the ADE Ltd Umbrella of companies they have to be honest otherwise is an FSA breach.

If you say No then they cant use your info and will be forced to destroy the infomation. Best way to get them to stop callling you

I used to work for this company but I left as I was told that I would be calling existing customers when we were actually cold calling, the floor manager known as Bethan also told a pregnant girl to tell the job center that her position there was a job trail so they didn't have to pay her for the first 2weeks to save money, when the girl had actually gone through the same interview process as myself an I was being paid from my first day, the organisation of the company is a shambles and the Managing director Anthony Donald Knobhead!! as he's known within the company is a smarmy lil bum licker, even got his dad doing the cleaning, no joke lol

For your information, this company has gone into administration as the ex MD is embarking on some new business ventures...exciting!! he has a life you see....what are all of you people going to write about then??? hmmmm there are some great similar websites, facebook is good to tell the world about your misfortunes or if you wanna reach more people jeremy kyle and trisha would be perfect, to the victim, get a life, move on and bore off!!!

This company is full of rubbish, they are ambulance chasers who are not into it for your protection or money but for their own gain. The company has several branches and when they are found to be making fraudulent claims they change their name into something else. To all the people who have written here that work for ADE get a new honest job!!

Calls me every day twice a day it's harassment they are rude.

Got a call from ARCS who claimed to have my details from National Accident database. hat a wast of time and disturbance on my work.

Just had two calls from same company this morning 13/07/15 from telephone number 01622 248026 saying they were from Accident Assist based in Liverpool. When I asked for their contact details and on whose behalf they were working, the phone was put down VERY quickly. Make of it what you will, but I've had no accident in the last 2-3 as she suggested. Fishing I guess for details. Well she didn't get any from me, nor will they!

Same experience but it's 02036346517 calling me... My car was parked when someone drove into it. I wasn't in the vehicle but get endless calls about it and how I'm injured. I wasn't even in the vehicle. I'm convinced my insurance company has passed on my details to these cowboys. It's the only explanation of how my phone number and vehicle details get compiled with the incident date. When you take the call they say "It's come through on the system". What they mean is that 'your details are in the latest set of data they have purchased'. Don't waste your time on them. They are acting in their own interest, not yours. This business practice needs to stop.
