This Company called me at end of october seeus2save.com to do a survey in this told them I had an accident 9 mnths ago passed me over 2 accident assistance who have sorted me out with a solicitor who has put in a claim for my injuries and stress caused by a negligent driver my view is if I hit him would he claim YES his insurance has already gone up so I am entitled to this

Just had the call, they rang off after two rings. I always Google the numbers which led me to here.

This company is most certainly not a scam, after haveing a 30min phone call with one of their agents. I was a little weary of them after reading about this site and was only going to wind them up. I found they where trying to save me money on my energy bills they saved me nearly £400 pounds without changeing my supplier. I completed the switch with them there and then and did NOT have to give any details over the phone. Got a paper work in the post and the agent was very helpful.

I will say if you want to contact them call 0845 255 1606 and see what they can do for you! it deffo NOT A SCAM.

I used to work for accident assistance in liverpool its all a huge scam they rip u off and sell ur details on the black market to other companys they also sacked 20  people jsu b4 xmas scum of the earth dont trust them!

They tried to contact me twice this morning. Thanks to this thread I didn't pick up

Got a call this morning. They said is this Mr XX Williams, to which I replied yes. She said they had information that I'd had an accident in the last 3 years - which is untrue. When I challenged her as to where they got this information she said 'The national accident database'. She then said - did I know of anyone who'd had an accident in the last 3 years to which replied no. That was it, end of call.

Number is 0151 which is Liverpool and caller had a strong Liverpool accent. I always make sure I use the 'no correspondence/telephone calls' options when giving up my details so where did this company get my details from?

just had this number ring me and say they had at least £1600 set aside for me for an accident i had. i asked what accident,they said in my car in the last year. i have never had an accident in my car!!!!!!!!!. they then said oh it must relate to an accident at work. wanted me to speak to an advisor and give some details. yeah right. scam scam scam written all over it. beware!!!!!!!!!

keep getting missed calls off this number on my mobile when try and phone back they either don't answer or reject the call, I'm getting fed up now i want to go to where they are based and smash up the place as it seems to be a bullying tactic of whoever this company is.

Recieved a call from this number asking for my sister thought they were ringing to help her develop her career in Law they have phoned me twice asking for her firstly calling themselves Legal assistance then accident assistance Iasked them why they were ringing me for her as she only gives my mobile as an emergency contact ahen the man decided the line was bad and it cut off when I phoned back it wouldnt let me connect

I'm sick of this number calling. They always hang up before I speak. When I call back it says  'the other caller has hung up.' Please can someone stop these bogus callers.

concerned cause thay have my mobile number, address, and date of birth, a young scouse lass was trying to push me into making a claim and lying to a solicitor,

Are you all that boring an sad that you have to sit here slaggin off a company who actually try and help people claim back compensation? it is not a scam and it has helped many people out.... At least these people actually get off their backsides an go to work not sit at home moaning about a few phone calls from people that mean well. GET A LIFE and if u havent had an accident just say ' No sorry' and hang up!

I got a call from this number yesterday asking for my husband. The guy said he was from a company called accident assist and agreed to call back this evening which he did. He spoke to my son who said that we were not available. On our return I rang the number back and recieved no reply. The area code is for Liverpool city centre, I checked business directories but found no match. I am also ex-directory.

I was worried about this number especially when some threads mention Bulldog, which I believe is now part of the Tiscali empire. I was worried as i'm with Tiscali! I think I can reassure any who's worried about their web account being compromised. I've been called by this lot, said they got my number from the Motor Insurers Database which I know is rubbish. I've been told that they are a new broker trying to save me money on car insurance. I am now 99% sure that they are something to do with insurance, since they could give me my old car details, reg no and renewal date, even if 3 years out of date! They declined to confirm their organisations full name, address, and return call number. I work in a Financial Services role and legally they have to tell you this if cold calling and you ask. I'm reporting them to the FSA. BT and O2 said that if the calls are nuisance calls then you should report to the police as well. Something not quite right about them methinks, but the Bulldog link appears less likely now. If it makes you feel better I spent 15 minutes arguing with the girl who called me, then her colleague after I'd got her crying but the manager callback that I was promised didnt happen though. I think they are a proper company, just a very dodgy one though! Hope this helps.

I have just had a call from my parents who had in turn received a call from this number.  Caller (a girl) asked if for my father by Christian name and asked if he had an an accident in the last 3 years.  My father replied "no".  The girl then asked if anyone in his family had had an accident in the last 3 years and again my father said "no".  Girl replied "oh" and put the phone down.  This type of practice by this company should not be allowed.

just received a call about an accidient I had,  so asked what accident, admitted they  did not have any detais.
