Have been receiving several calls from them but thanks to caller display I don't answer. Despite what 'Anon' said on the 20th jan, we are not sad people who need to get a life, we just don't appreciate being bothered by these companies,at all hours, especially when they are obviously touting for business of some kind and when we are registered with the TPS to stop this nonsense.

just had a phone call thought it was 2 do with my on going claim (which was not my fault) .These people said will phone me back 2moro after checking them out i will be tellin them where to go !

offered to claim £1600 compensation allegedly set aside for me to claim.

RE. car accident that i was invloved in 2 years ago.

The claim was fully settled in my favour some time ago, so i guessed this was a scam and hung up.

Just had a call from this number, but after answering they told me they must have had the wrong number . . . strange! Shan't answer to this number again!

Accident Assistance called claiming I had been invloved in a car accident.... what a load of rubbish!

The following number came up on my phone 01512553580 or 0151 255 3580.

I asked for the companies Limited company details and they said they would not give me that, even though they had all of my personal details!

Just had a call from these, I said "Hello" twice, heard a bit of background noise, then they hung up.

This number keeps calling my mobile phone number! How on earth can they get them? I can sort of see how thay can end up with landline numbers even if x-directory, but how do they get hold of the mobile numbers? Very irritating - I get tens of calls per day1

Called me this morning and told me that they could help me recover money for "an accident" that I'd had in the last three years. Tossers.

they called my ex girlfriends mobile trying to get hold of me about an accident i had 3 years ago...after reading these comments i dont think i'll be returning the call

something along the lines of "You are entitled to at least £600 for a car accident in the past 3 years" He was lost for words when I quickly said that I had no accident in the past 3 years or ever for that matter (*searching frantically for a piece of wood to knock on*)

They have just called and asked for my husband, when I asked who it was I couldnt understand what she said! Got no idea where they have got the number from either

I have been receiving calls from this number.  They called in relation to an accident I had 3 years ago, I told them that I can't recollect any accident and put the phone down.  They tried just now but I didn't answer.  I need to get rid of them for good.

This firm is a claims company who are randomly cold calling people in the hope of getting a couple of claims.  They say 'we are calling about your accident in the last 3 years'.  As soon as they find out you havent actually been in an accident they hang up.  They pretend to know all about your 'accident' but they dont actually know anything!!!! They try to extract as much info about any accident u may have had by talking to you and pretending they already know.  This practice of cold calling is strictly prohibited by the MINISTRY OF JUSTICE.  (They regulate all claims companies in the UK)

These calls are being made from a company called Accident Assistance.  This is actually a trading name of Anthony Donald Evans LTD.  There registered address is:

My advice is to complain to the ministry of justice and to BBC Watchdog about this scam!!
Remember if you complain to the ministry of justice you need to quote the firms registration number, which is: CRM10314

Had a few calls from them over the past couple of nights.  They called my parents home and my mother gave them my mobile number thinking that I'd been in an accident (I no longer live at my parents).  So this young scouse girl calls me and says I am in line to receive £1600 for an accident in last 3 years.  "What accident?" I reply.  She said it could be a car accident, I tell her I've not been involved in one.  She then says it could be work.  Not had one I reply.  She then says it could be anything.  Told them to take me off their database.

Tonight my mother recieves another call from someone over exactly the same thing.  She tells him that we got one last night but gives my number again so I can tell him.  When I speak to him it comes through on an 'Unknown' number on my mobile.  I tell him that I have no idea who they are and do not appreciate them calling with bogus claims

I missed this call on purpose because i keep getting weird numbers calling me, however they have called me on my mobile??

I will make sure i carry on avoiding the calls.

they called my mobile this afternoon. thanks for all the info on here cant wait for them to ring back so i can tell them who they are and that they will soon not be able to make any stupid phone calls.

This number keeps calling me, I answer and then there is silence, it's pretty annoying!

I have also got cold cvalls from this company but dont pick up unless i know the number and its not registered to anyone...if they call again i will pick up and will tell them i am pressing charges!!! i am sick of this!!!!

they rang my mobile wife told them they had rong number but they sed they wud call bk as money was owed.
be very careful its dodgy give no details to these people.
