Complete scam - DO NOT ENGAGE - havent paid any money to them but they are now sending aggressive letters claiming we owe a cancellation fee - will pursue legal action

Of course this is a scam, seems like even the owners or managment of this outifit cannot even be bothered defending their fraud here anymore.

No you say you are a rates reduction company misleading people asking for cancellation fee , fake scammers.

What have you done now they are sending letters as I have just received the same? (Cancellation fee) jokers.

Time to speak up Joanne Jones, or whatever your name is...time for you to put your public relations hat on and try and convince us all this is not just another sleazy scam that you are hiding behind. Though deep down we all know that this is all it is. We knoe you know this too. This leaves us in an uncomfortable situation.....will you be brave enough to defend your stance?

I had a call from William Knight. It's Friday and they call saying they are in our area on Monday... yeah right. The guy says you can look up any company and they will have this negative feedback online and I started reading off some or the above comment and he hung up... really lol haha

Also there website has all the social media icon links but none of them bring up there pages... what does that tell you?... If you don't have any don't display them as it's misleading...

Are you reading all these commens Joanne? Have you seen what the people are saying? What explanantion do you have now Joanne? Can you reassure us how all these accusations are untrue? Time for you to speak up and tell the truth!!!

Total scam artist  company, say one thing then send a cancellation fee Invoice for £1400 plus VAT
have reported them to Action Fraud and the Police, any more letters from this company we will be issuing proceedings under misrepresentation act 1967  be aware

This is a con firm ,doing rates appeals whom will take fee and they will never come back to you.

Wanted to do a rates appeal - informed him we already had someone to deal with this and he became very rude and started lying about tribunals etc. I can be rude too, he put the phone down when I didn't buy what he was saying

Don't do it. She will say one thing (you don't pay until they VOA have accepted) and you'll sign to something else (that they wont submit until you've paid),
Apparantly it's easy to do it yourself online and the VOA will assist you via phonecall.

Unfortunately I have got involved with mob, I haven’t paid my money to them, and have reported them to the Fraud Office and Hampshire Trading Standards. They now know this and phoned me today - I can’t believe a thing they say. I did not approve them through the Government Gateway, yet they are trying to tell me that the first stage of the check and challenge process has been cleared.  How have you all got rid of them?

Adrian Cohen came out to see me and said exactly the same thing as Pat says - you don't pay until the VOA have passed the check phase.

Any clients of ours are welcome to speak to any legal representative regarding any matter and we will be more than welcome to discuss any concerns.

Firstly your business model is designed to rip off businesses, secondly your company only wins a minute fraction of the appeals it lodges, therefore you cannot be classified as a 'professional company'. You are being very noble in defending this uninspiring scam, it's one thing lying to other people Joanne, but when you can't even be bothered being truthful to yourself then this is a sad situation. Not one single person who visits this thread will perceive your outfit as anything other than another fly-by-night business rates scam surveying company, of which there have been hundreds if not thousands of similar companies before the likes of yours.
