Colin,without giving too much away it is all about when they demand the upfront payment.Remember this is a check challenge appeal and I'm pretty certain they will not pursue this to the appeal stage.This is compounded by the misrepresentation act of 1967.They don't have a leg to stand on.If clients took them to court for the return of the upfront payment do you honestly believe they would turn up at court so that they could be exposed as to the sort of company they are.By the way have you been scammed.

William Knights are a shower of crap and a total scam company hopefully the so called director will be held to account for the hundreds of companies she has ripped off. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
