I had the same issues as highlighted in previous posts. The company invoiced me for ads that I hadn't agreed. When I asked for evidence of the magazines that the ads had appeared in I was told they were in the post. Incidentally, when I confronted 'Linda' she became very aggressive and defensive, sounds like she has to deal with a lot of calls from aggrieved 'customers'. Guess what? Several emails and two weeks later, no magazines. I also asked for the original confirmation of where I had agreed these ads and again, my request has been ignored. Avoid this company like the plague, a total scam!

Clare Davis from the Hannay Partnership called us and falsely claimed that we had booked advertising with them.  I have made it clear that we have not and are not liable for payment, but beware.  This is a scam and by the looks of the messages an ongoing one.  I will be reporting this further.  The number was 0151 650 5675.

Had a call to get me to pay into a magazine, looked on here and found it to be a fraud!

2017 and the scam is continuing - I am not sure how 'Linda' or anyone else who works for the company sleeps at night.  They called once saying they had agreed an advert for the emergency services with our Director - we stupidly agreed and paid.  A month later they called about a second publication (that we had agreed to apparently) - I questioned this but they were very convincing.  After the third call I did some googling and confronted them.  I got an aggressive reply and they said it was an old associate who was the scammer and they had taken them  to court.  The rubbish they tell is astonishing.  Anyhow apparently we are removed from their list.  I then emailed them after I checked out their company and VAT details and asked for a refund.
This morning I have had a different call from an unknown number representing the 'Emergency Services', apparently not from the Hannay Group but when I mentioned the word scam, he said "its only my second day I will take you of my list".
I have just called 01516505675 again to chase my refund, apparently Linda is on annual leave but someone will call me back...I wont hold my breath!!!

They have just tried it to us saying we had a add in "to the rescue" mag and never seen it b4 in my life. and they made up an advert with are logo and images ect PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had another call today from them stating they are from On Call Emergancy Service Magazine saying we had agreed for a xmas run. Not only did we not agree, they could give us no date, time and no confirmation was ever sent out but we had these cancelled months ago. Gone to print....really. Clare Davis is the name being used. Seemed very confused when argued back that we hadnt agreed to anything. Will not pay anything else to them

My husband has been hounded by this company claiming that we placed an advert and verbally agreed to it.  They claim they have a voice recording but refused to let us have it. They are threatening a ccj through our accountants now and have our address as miles away! Do not fall for it! They called from a mobile and were very aggressive.  Fortunately I found a page online warning of this scam.

This company is now called Hannay Group Ltd. Same scammers. They will rip you off.
