i too have had calls from this organisation and reported to the tps (ever tried phoning them and wanted to talk to a real person, in this case because their reporting system did not work - dont bother) and ico.

PPI call From Falcon and Pointer, Swansea

Called today and left a recorded message. Another PITA spammer!

Didn't get to the phone quickly enough for this particular toe rag's patience and it rang off.

Recorded call about unclaimed bank fees or something .  Several calls this week - We are x directory and with TPS & still getting calls from these parasites. Should be pout out of business!

Unusual for this type of call, it gives the company name and address! Blocked, and reported to the ICO - recommended they check this site and get the history of how this crowd have annoyed so many.

Another junk call. I hope the Government clamp down on these scammers soon. I'm sick of rubbish calls.

Had a couple of calls from these gutter snipes in last two days. If I don't recognise the number I let it go to answerphone and you just get a recorded message telling you to press 9 if you have already claimed. This is a no brainer as pressing 9 is always a danger as you might run up extortionate phone charges! Just come home and,yes, another message left. Will now put this on my list of blocked numbers which at present is running at no fewer than 28!!! Just goes to show how many pond life are out there wasting our time.

Have had numerous calls from this and other numbers regarding ppi claims to my landline and mobile. Starting to really get on my nervs!

This number called me but had rung off before I got to the phone.  Don't know who or what it was.

Call from this number every day for past 3 days. Recorded message starts if I pick up. About reclaiming bank charges. I contacted Falcon and Pointer on the number on their website 0300 404 2984 and complained about nuisance calls. The woman I spoke to said TPS did not cover 'Voice Broadcasting' calls. They buy in their data, and I must have ticked a box or not ticked a box somewhere sometime! She promised to remove my number from their database. And said they were having other complaints...

Still getting calls though have reported the company and the other company owned by the same person to the ICO.
Re MarilynC's post above, although Falcon & Pointer are correct about TPS not covering automated calls, the rules are that for this type of call, it is a requirement for marketing companies to have direct consent from the person being called and shouldn't rely on indirect consent given to other companies. Massive bunch of Shysters in my opinion.  Succubus feeding and exploiting the old and senile, harassing people with repeated automated calls.  On calling them they have informed me that automated calls are not covered by the telephone preference service. Evil company avoid at all costs

Another unwanted call from these scammers and another complaint to the ICO, you all must report these scammers, thanks to the people who have taken the time to report these people a Scottish Green Energy Company has just been fined £200000 for making millions of unwanted calls and the ICO acted after only about 250 complaints so complaining does work.

Yet another recorded message from these PPI scammers. Reported to ICO again and I would urge everyone else to do the same. The quicker the number of complaints tot up the sooner financial action may be taken against them.

They don't give up!  Called this morning while we were both out.  Will be ready if they call again!
