didn't answer, no message left. checked on computer found it was a marketing unwanted call

Called 1020 this a.m. Just another really annoying recordings played 'at' you. How rude! How lazy. Where's the regulator in trying to stop these nuisance calls. Any call which is unwarranted, and a recording to boot, should be made illegal.

Recorded message about PPI, I hung up.

I had a nuisance call from this number. It is evidently Falcon & Pointer. I called them and complained about unwarranted calls. Cheeky devils said that recorded messages aren't covered by the TPS scheme! They agreed to remove my number from their database. When asked, they admitted that they got wholesale numbers from Media Tactics. They offered up a telephone number for access to Media Tactics - 0843 005 9468 - but check the charges if you want to call them to complain directly to them.

PPI scammers reported to ICO

Called today, again. recorded message regarding something about a bank..... Damn pain in the butt. Never heard of them and don't want to hear from them.

Unsolicited automated calls are still in breach of the law, no matter what they may claim

I am sure the people will be pleased to talk to you. I did explain i didn't opt into recieving spam call. By law you have to opt in to get theses call.

Had a number of calls from this company on my land line in the last few weeks. Have an answer  machine on my phone but only ever get end of their message but assume it's ppi or similar. Will continue to ignore them but it is very irritating.

Ring them and talk personally and ask them to remove your detail. It's against the law unless you are opted in to get these calls.

I would suggest you save your money and report EVERY SINGLE call to the ICO,  if it gets reported enough times they take action. I remember last year we were pestered by 01613217891, there was loads of complaints about them and they diappeared after ico finally took notice. Would not be suprised if this is them.
