Cold caller! Should be fined like the other company. We are registered with TPS!

I've had two from them this week. I've reported them to TPS and ICO.
Everyone who gets a call from them should report it to ICO. The more complaints they get the more likely they are to do something about it.

Rung four times now - no message left.

Had a call from them despite being on TPS. They agreed to remove me from their records. Had a further call this evening - they promised to get a manager to call me to discuss how they are adhering to codes of conduct - needless to say the manager didnt call.

always check phone  when returning home.  this no. has called several times before but never leaves a message as in some cases electronic recordings do.  just a nuisance call and do not know how it gets our no. as we are delisted and never give it out. presume it is the recording which says Natwest, Barclays etc etc

Recorded message from 01600469009 :- "Falcon and Pointer are contacting you today regarding a potential claim for your miss sold package bank account. To claim your money back press 5 or if you have already claimed and dont wish to be contacted in future press 9.  For further info send a letter to 4th Floor Princess House Swansea SA1 3LW."

Repeated calls all day. Unknown number. Refused to answer. At best a pest. Worst, probably a scammer.
These people need to be stopped.

..just get a BT8500 phone - you won't be bothered again.  People not on your directory will only get through if they give their name and these nuisance callers never do.

Caught the tail end of the call on my answer machine, call about claiming back money, possibly PPI or bank charges.

Another call from this scammer today and a voice message with a welsh accent.
I am trying to block these calls but they seem able to get through.
I am registered with tps and have reported the calls to ICO.
Perhaps the Welsh assembly might be interested.
Something must be done!!!!

These berks call regularly. The recorded message seems to start somewhere in the middle of their pitch. i.e. "-- If you have made a claim press 5, -- etc". So I have no idea what I'm supposed to be claiming for. Ha Ha.

keep getting calls - then phone put down.  10.35 this call came in today.  had a call on Sunday morning also! I am registered with the TPS.

Called yesterday, I pressed 9 to receive no more calls. Called again today. Reported to TPS

This number has called up to 5 times a day left  mess to write to 4th floor Princess House Swansea didn't give co name  or what it was about blocked now

Standard message on about claim bank PPI, havent asked to be called BLOCKED....

Message left on answer machine about packaged bank accounts. Web site of Falcon and Pointer ask you to fill in your details. Yeah, like your account number and sort code!!! I suspect they actually give their contact info in the call to make the scam appear more legitimate.

The call thoroughly confused my elderly mother.
