Dozens of calls and texts  from 01143032407 asking 'Nathan' to call 0161 451 0646 regarding a loan. When answered, usually line goes dead.  Otherwise I tell them this is not Nathan, I don't know a Nathan, and they assure me my number will be taken off their records

0161 277 8190 - no idea who this is phoning me and leaving no message.

I've been called a lot by 0161 numbers in the past few days, I've never answered and have always blocked the numbers afterwards but they don't seem to get the message. They've called twice already today and I am getting rather annoyed and considering just telling them where they can shove it.

I'm constantly getting calls from 0161 277 8190.  They only ring a couple of times then go to voicemail so I never get to answer.  However I did catch one the other day.  It was a bright and breezy young girl who mentioned my Orange Pay As You Go.  I told her that I did not want these calls and to take my name off their list which she said she would do.  I'm now getting them twice a day!

Got a call on my mobile from 01612778191 and when I answered it there was no tone at all.  Is this a nuisance call.

Missed call from 01612410581. Called back and got answerphone message saying call was from CSQ. Name /number not listed in UK directory.

Has anyone had 0161 3744032 call them, they have driven me mad over the past few weeks calling upto three times every morning, I did ring the number back and it went onto a message saying all the staff were busy, but what concerned me was the girl talking on the message had an American accent, so I quickly hung up

What you need is a CPR Call Blocker (Google for details). This can block all incoming international calls, calls from a particular area e.g.0161, or individual phone numbers. I was getting several every day for 2-3 months, but now, bliss! Costs £40 from Maplins or various on-line companies.

If you do buy a CPR Call Blocker buy it from Maplins or Amazon, but not from the company itself.  If you buy direct from CPR you can unwittingly get caught out by a trick they have whereby they will stick you with an annual fee even though you think you have only bought the unit.  They did this with an elderly friend of mine and we did not find out until they raided her bank account 5 whole months before the payment was due.

if home number fit answer phone, if no name attached let it cut in, if they are known to you they will leave massage, and you can return call if you want to. if not ignore it.
