EBS is a company of fraudsters. They pretend to offer SEO and web marketing but all they do is make you sign a contract, charge your account and do nothing in return for your money.
I've bought from them Google Adwords and Facebook champagne. For two month of their service I spent over £1000 but it was a total waist of money.
They have started Google Adwords campaign but the listing they done was very simple with very short text and picture copied from Internet with even no link to my web site. They putted it online for only a couple of weeks even though on the phone they said it would last a month. When I phoned then to ask why my advert stopped, they said I ran out of credit. Why they didn't explain it before I signed contract. In the end of the month I worked out that their rubbish service is not worse the money they charged me. So, I tried to cancel my contract giving them 1 month notice. I sent them few emails asking to cancel my contract but I got no answer. Then I phoned them and asked to cancel on the phone. They said that they can't accept cancelation via phone call and asked me to send letter to their office in Manchester. So, I did. It took them 3 weeks to reply my letter. So, I had to pay for one more month of the rubbish.
What happened to a Facebook account and advert? Nothing!!! They simply done nothing. I phoned them 100s times but they usually say: "your manager is busy at the moment, leave your details. He will call you later." No body ever phoned. EBS is a company of fraudsters. Avoid at all costs!!!

I urge all of those who have become victims of this company to please go to this link and tell their story to BBC Watchdog. The more of us to do this, the more chance we can have these crooks investigated on a national level and highlighted on the show! Who's in?! Please help us make this happen!

I wish I had seen this site before I signed up.

Totally disgusted with this company. They took my money for a three month campaign and then ignored me for three weeks. My campaign went live and had to be changed three times before they got the correct wording. I was provided with no data reports (as promised) and my original account manager just disappeared. A month into the campaign I was given a new account manager, who changed my campaign to Likes not referrals (FB campaign), of which I got very few, and 7 weeks after my campaign was meant to be rebooted for the three month campaign, they plundered my bank account for more money. I had a written agreement that there would be no automatic renewal of the campaign and that on the 87th day there would be a review. This did not happen, they took money from my account. I have rang many times and been ignored have been promised by email that management would call but they never do. This company has given me dreadful service.

Yes they did the same to me and after I had categorically confirmed with their sales rep at least three times, that this was a one off and final payment only
I still got conned and had to get the Bank to put a stop
They are a complete and disgraceful Con

This company have tried to scam me out of 178.80 for a website they built which was so basic. I eventually got out of the contract when it expired but it took them 6 months to get the file so that I could host it myself. Does anyone have a postal address for them please???

The name of the company is now QQT Media but the other websites are still up and running. They recently ripped me off so they change their name a lot when they get caught out. I am based in London so Londoners beware of this dodgy Manchester firm.
