Not sure but I just got a call from them as well, I missed it and called them back but got a busy dial tone. I will try again later and post back if I get any results, but chances are it's some kind of scam....

They have nothing to do with Google or Facebook (although  they claim to be them)- They are "Danny Kay Worldwide Marketing Solutions 0161 425 6353 Unit 29 King Street, Oldham, they use many other telephone numbers. They are a very disreputable company who won't follow TPS (Telephone Preference Service) guidelines. Despite written promises to remove me from their database I am still pestered by them.

I think they're a genuine company but people who have tried to do business say they are all talk and no results.  They call me 3 or 4 times a day and are so rude I've saved the number and just reject it.  I advertise my businesses online and, within minutes of placing my adverts, both my mobiles start going with calls about different mobile providers, Google optimisation and texts about compensation for an accident I've never had.  This has gone on just about daily for 3 years and it's the same handful of companies.  Both my 'phones are registered wit the TPS but one of these sales staff had never heard of them.  The only thing we can all do is register our home and mobile 'phones with the TPS and complain about every single unwanted sales call we get.  Even if you only get one or two calls, report the number because some other people may have filed dozens of complaints and it all adds up.  On a high note, my home 'phone was registered with the TPS from the day the line went on and I almost never give my number out and I've never had a sales call on it.

It's a classic Danny Kay & Michael Critchley scam company.

Oddly enough, last night I signed up to a free listing on Hotfrog for my small business then this morning these clown start ringing non stop.

Looks like much more than just a coincidence.

This company is also trading as Net Search Media Limited.  They do Facebook ads now as well and I paid them 120.00 for an advert which is wasnt able to view line since it was 'targeted' advertising.  They also took another unauthorised 120.00 2 days after I signed up that they say I agreed to but I didn't, they just used a very subtle play on words, I definately didn't give card details again they just used the card from first payment.  When I got in touch with them because the ad wasnt performing they stopped answering my calls.  Trading Standards say I will have to take them to small claims court but there is no point, this must happen to them on a daily basis and they surely dont pay out to all that claim.  Ho hum, another life lesson - dont trust cold callers, ever!
