They said they were called Moneysavers, Cardiff which doesn't exist.

looks like these dudes have some pretty interesting ways of cloaking their numbers.

If as you suggest the number does belong to Carringtonshyster then it looks like the Leicester call centre is run by their Commercial Director - Mike Swann - trading as ConsumerMoneyMatters

I have written to them asking them to remove my phone number from their records. I believe under the data protection act they have to do this.
In any case,it will be great if we all jam up their system with emails to somehow get them to stop this !!!

Have been getting calls for a few weeks now from this number.  Finally decided to bite the bullet and see who it was as convinced it would be PPI and yes it is.  When I answered it was a recorded message from someone called Sarah who requested that I press 5 so I could find out how much I was entitled to and that it would only take a couple of minutes or I could press 9 to be removed from their database.  Needless to say I pressed 9 very quickly and the line went dead.  Hopefully that is the end of nuisance calls from one company just another load to get rid of.
