I am a member of TPS and they should NOT be calling me in this way!  WHO sold them my number???  I don't want ANY info on claiming for PPI or anyhting else from them.  Not the first time either..

It's an absolute disgrace. I was just called and asked really personal questions about my circumstances. I told them I had no idea why I was on their list and that it was not relevant to me. The caller continued to ask questions. I told them I was uncomfortable and she eventually and abruptly ended the call. Not impressed if they're likely to call again!

I don't know who these idiots are but they have managed to find an old phone number of mine that I gave to an ex girlfriend of mine, about six years ago. They are phoning her up, asking for me and telling her that I gave them the number the previous day. To say that I am angry is an understatement. Watch this space.

Keep ringing me, they know my full name and some details but when I said my signals bad they buttoned me :/ someone called Daniel I don't even know why they ringing me :@

They've just called me and told me that they got my number from a group called liquid 11, I pretended I was crackers and got the caller to admit to having a nice beak!

mmm, only started receiving these calls once I asked O2 for my PAC number.

Just received a call from this number on my mobile, asking for 'Ashia' - upon telling them they had the wrong number, he went straight into PPI discussion.  When I asked how he got my number he said by 'misdialling' - surprisingly he did tell me to have a nice day when I told him to go away.

Got a call wanting to know if I had any outstanding claims for PPI, credit cards etc.

They called me on a mobile phone with a pay-as-you-go SIM card, asking for me by name.  Where did they get my name and address from?  This is a real invasion of privacy.

They have phoned me atleast twice a day, for a good 2 weeks.

Thanks for the information you supplied above, I used the Freephone number you supplied and made my complaint to a CustomerServices Assistant called Chris and explained that I was getting un-solicited calls from their company.

He told me that there were three Active Claims related to my Land-line number on their system. I explained that I have never made a claim.

After speaking to his Manager.
Chris said he was going to pass the instructions onto their "Dialing Department" to take my number off their Dialing List and therefore shouldn't get any further calls from them.

I did have to give him my Name and Surname, just to make sure none of the three claims were relative to me, which they weren't, so Legally they had to act on it. I did not have to give him my Address.

I would advise anyone else who is being "Plagued" like I have been to do the same and get your telephone number removed from their system just by phoning the Freephone number. Took me about five minutes to do it though..
