And now for more Easthams Solicitor information, not bazza

After more research I have been lucky enough to find on the net part of an alleged email sent to the employee who sucessfully sued this firm for bullying in the workplace. It reads

''as to the file note again I don't have time to sugar coat everything-I told you what I wanted and when, as for the ear bashing in future I will speak to u after work if you would prefer and whilst it may not be everyone's way of dealing with things unfortunately if i have something to say I do so there and then''

How very sick is this Solicitor, John Bower. I am sure there are many people who would like him to speak to them in this way. If this is his response to an employee allegedly raising concerns over his temper, what type of Solicitor is this.  There is a shocking threat here which appears to suggest that this angry man would like to ear bash someone when no one else is around. I know what those type of people are called in the real world and anyone who supports Solicitors or anyone conducting themselves like this should be ashamed.

Do the Law Society tolerate this kind of behaviour.

Barry and David Hargreaves are back working together, Barry is a tax adviser, some people never learn.

I came across this thread when googling Barry's name and it makes amusing reading. Not amusing if you have been ripped off but otherwise it is. Firstly I have no real axe to grind. I just pretty much regard all of them as Blackpool Scallys its just that they live in St Annes or Poulton but the general ideas the same: - take advantage of other people.
The connection between Andrew Eastham and Barry Costello Monelle is that they were in the process of forming a company. Or had formed a company - I forget exactly which. With Barry Costello Monelle it's very hard to keep up !
The idea was that they would use data that had been accrued to cold call people with a view to getting them to sign up to their schemes. This scheme was reclaiming PPI. Barry was not a proper solicitor at the time nor was Andrew Eastham but they used their legal backgrounds to draft documents that appeared legal. I think the company was called Wired Legal services. At the time Barry had departed from working under David Hargreaves who was at Blue Sky "something" - again with David it's hard to keep up ! There was  some animosity between Barry and David as there often is between people that go it alone.
So Barry and Andrew Eastham got into bed together business wise. But they soon fell out. Andrew Eastham attempted to offset some expenses against some purchases and it fell apart. It was typical scam behaviour. There was a 3rd party involved some kind of backer. Barry employed the son of this backer .The backer was I think the main antagonist against Andrew Eastham  I can't remember why but Andrew had upset him quite badly. The backers son soon left I think he was only there to keep an eye on Barry . Barry then effectively ran it himself. As Barry was not a solicitor and as they had no Ministry Of Justice authorisation to process claims they used a 3rd party I think called called Steinmans. who had the necessary clearances. Effectively they simply acted as agents of Steinmans. Mark Butterwick and Quick Dox have been mentioned. This is because Barry used them to deliver/ collect/ documents and to make sure they were signed by the claimants. I do not think Quick Dox had any financial involvement with Wired.
The whole thing unravelled very quickly. Barry had no money there was little money forthcoming from Steinmans. Barry vanished. Then a while later he and David Hargreaves got back together and went off doing something similar.
There are several ex telesales staff who worked for Barry who regard him as little more than a joke really. I expect his name will pop up in conversations at xmas get togethers and these ex staff will take the rip out of him.
