Sorry, I work weekend, they told me not to say anything, they do not tell me if they do anything. They do talk to people who live there or work there. They ask about what go on and if i find out anything, i can tell them. This is why i ask Daven.

Thanks for getting back, i understand what you mean. They can't say what they are doing but they usually build up a timetable and a list of names of people visiting or living at the premises. The make, model and registration of any cars they drive. Then they will do a verification check, so if cars remain there overnight, people are seen going in at night and leaving in the morning. These will be short visits, maybe 15-30 mins tops to confirm the routine but not arouse suspicion. Then video evidence is obtained, they use covert cameras for this, it could be somebody walking past with a bottle of coke, only the top part is liquid, a false bottom hides the camera. Someone with a back pack, the camera is in the webbing.  They try and identify all the weak links first.

So they checked his past decided it was ok, going to have to ask on that one.

well ive sent my email to LJ Financial Planning Limited explaining why i dont think they should be apointed representatives, Put a few links in there and listed a few of the companies and past associates, press releases and of course the old MoJ classic.

would you mind sharing the email (or parts of it)? Whilst the information here is very useful it can be quite hard to follow so if you have it all collated in one email that would be really helpful.
