this company pretends that Google have launched a new product and that they have exclusive rights of distribution. page 1 of google in the sponsored links with unlimited clicks! I knew straight off that it was a lie and was abused and threatned when I turned them down!

I used to work there totally unproffesional outfit they sacked me because they found out I applied for another job which I was totally within my rights to do so.

i had an interview with them 2day but didnt get the job. i fort it looked good to work there and the owneris mint!

You guys have recieved the brunt of a company, unfortunatly you are completely wrong and are not customers of NAM, which is why you are posting Negative feedback.

IF you were a valued customer or member of staff, you would not be posting negative comments regarding New Approach Marketing.

i didnt get one phone call after useing this company & they carried on taking money from my account after i had canceled it.

the numbers 01612330044 and 01619230120-29 is all theirs too.

The guy I spoke to was very polite and persistant and basically scammed me out of £44 for a google maps listing cos THEY'RE FREE!! DOH!

There seems to be many jealous people, trying to post comments, trying to reduce my professional standing, posting badly written comments. The english used is terribe and can only imagine that ex employees are upset with the success of the company. The messages seem to be from one ex employee, i know how unprofessional and insecure this person is, who have setup locally. Get on with your work and looking after your clients, instead of constantly thinking about me, it's unhealthy. Anyway i have never used the terminology used and if you want a good service new approach are a professional company, unlike other companies who have very low credit scores and CCJ's. Finally i've never called a customer a "slag" obviously writting down what's in your mind and close to you rather then what's happend.

Very funny, how do you know i was talking about you Mr Insecure, anyway must go i've lost the remote to my electric gates and very sorry about the loss of your Google qualification, but as many of your ex employees/friends say "insecure twit" dont shoot the messenger, their words not mine, i dont have a comment, too busy making money XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I really need to say something about this post.

I worked for New Approach Marketing, at the time Jamie was in the call centre and everything was going so well. Jamie decided to setup on his own and after a couple of local beers with other members of New Approach staff, we were promised directorships in the new company been formed, dot com chrome, promised the earth, because we were all friends.

Around four of us started working in Sale and it was great, doing deals, finishing work early, drinking in a local pub next to the office, had a really good time and it was fun. Four months later the cracks started to appear, we were not been paid "commission only" and Jamie deciced to lie and cheat, to his "friends" so we ended up with nothing, basically sacked, because Jamie was constantly unprofessional, towards staff and clients.

I'm now working for an ex employee of dotcomchrome and she runs a professional operation, locally and many other ex employees have joined us, just happy again and doing some serious business. I was very good friends with Jamie, but like everyone else, have divorced myself away from his unstable head, he really needs to see a specialist.

There is a massive difference between Jamie and Andy, if anything Jamie has no friends, was vindictive when he left New Approach and constantly went on and on about the company and Andy Dryden, who is actually very professional and runs a tight ship, so this is a message to Andy?

Craig, Ben etc have all fallen out with the tool, really wish that we had never left and listened to his lies, but after working with his dad, i know exactly and jamie knows what i'm talking about. He gets on with nobody, very sad place where he is now and cant trust anyone.

Don't listen to this knob, you're a great guy and hopefully things are going well for you and for any other readers of Jamie's posts towards Andy Dryden, then i can finally put the record stright, you will never be like Andy ,he's loyal and trustworthy and in my book successful, never once messed the lads around, unlike the complicated liar you are, so keep ripping off your customers and providing no service, because only benefits us over here and actually speaking to one of your employees last week, who's due to leave soon, so that's another fall-out on your list and another member of staff.

Who are your friends now Jamie and can only imagine your going away at Xmas because you have nodody to share it with, very sad.

Google have confirmed That New approach is not a registered Google seller, Yet you are trying to still get money from innocent people £99.

New approach is one of the worst companies’s I have ever dealt with in my life, and after reading this I can see why, run by bitter miserable people.

I had a call from a business owner in Pietermartizburg running a similar operation to mine.

He has been contacted by a company called 'New Approach Marketing' who have hounded him with many calls in relation to his website and the SEO thereon over the past few days.

The reason that he called me and the reason this is posted here on the scam section is that they have used my website as a reference site. Apparently, the reason my site is so high up on the Google rankings is thanks to them.

Now I am most flattered that they believe this to be great and want to take the credit and steal my thunder, but I do not like being used along these lines. They apparently charge R1400 a month - which is also a scam in itself.

They also state that they are a 'google certified company' - There does not appear to be anything like this out there - does anybody know about this?
Related to this could be 'google adspend certified' which is just some criteria that google reflect based on adspend in the country that you are operating - easy to obtain and does not mean much. It seems though that you have to do at least $100,000 a month for at least a three month cycle in the country that you operate from. Do you think that any 'company' in south africa could actually achieve this? I don't know the answers as there do not appear to be any out there. Neither is there a list of 'certified' companies or individuals. Strange that a company like google with all its information cannot provide the basic need to know list. google-adwords-qualified-company-fraud-or-not/.


Well andrew how do you explain the fact that a gold member in the south african forums is planning on taking legal action against you for your lies staffs lies? is this a dotcom chrome post? i dont think so! If customer service is such a big thing for you and your such a bonified company why are you selling a product called instant google? I have checked with google direct and they have confirmed that your services do not exist and also that you are not a google qualified company and are in fact using the badge illegally! you may be a qualified individual but you have a company badge on your website which is a falsehood in itself! and as far as bt partner is concerned if you read the small print it says INDIRECT partner which may be great i dont know but instead of hiding the truth why not be truthful and tell us what it is you sell and what it is you are because you are not an adword qualified company and there is no such thing as instant google! Its easy to say that dotcom chrome have a smear campaign running against you and having dealt with the clowns already i wouldnt put it past them but could it not be said that someone has a campaign against them also? do you expect me to believe that all bad posts about you are made by dotcom and all bad posts for dotcom are made by you! were not stupid andrew dryden so perhaps you should stop treating us as we are. My questions andrew/jamie are as above, why can you not answer them infront of an audience? why do my questions need to be answered privately? they are quite simple questions, nothing personal so why avoid the answers by accusing me of moonlighting as your competitor? my name and my contact details are not going to be given over to you so that you can hound and abuse me!

The police are actively investigating the activities of dot com chrome and the director Jamie McDougall.  Anyone with any information about any threatening or abusive telephone calls or emails received from this company should contact PC 6755 Pat Murphy or PC 6274 Andy Jordan, both of the Sale Neighbourhood Policing Team, telephone number 0161 856 7865.

You can also report any such incidents as a crime to your local police force who will pass the details on to Greater Manchester Police, or directly to Greater Manchester Police on 0161 872 5050.

Since we run a tight ship, i will call the numbers provided, whilst in the office tomorrow, speak to the officers and report back to this forum and lets see if this comment "actively investigating" is a red herring, which i think possibly is the truth.

Having spoken to PC Andy Jordan, he has no investigation into New Approach Marketing and has never even heard of us or me. I can't comment on other companies been investigated and it would be deemed unprofessional to comment, but to finally put an end to silly negative posts about NAM we have no police investigation because we look after clients and the only negative posts on here seem to come from one competitor, say no more.
