One of my companies have signup with the New Approach Marketing's Instant Google which they assure the 1st Page Listing for 5 key phrases is a fake. They just cut off £99 + taxes and the package is not worth for the money since it didnt produce what we expected and they promised. I feel it's a waste of money and don't beleive what their customer representatives say, since they do not have any idea about the technical side of it. But they just try to convince you buy telling false information. Don't give them any of your credentials, they will miss use it even though we ask them to stop the campaign. So be careful New Approach Marketing is doing very unethical business by fooling the non technical consumers.

Wow,  this just shows you why you should tell cold callers where to go!!!!  Both these feuding idiots talk about money.....Not about customer value.  This Jamie guy sounds like a special kinda of scumbag who should be avoided at all costs......Though I don't know if he is a scammer!!!!

On the other hand, I know that New Approach Marketing Ltd / New Approach Finance Ltd (also trading as New Approach marketing) are a bunch of scammers.  It seems they coldcall people and lie about what they can offer to a potential customers website.  If the potential customer agrees to the phoney sales pitch.

They then phone again to take payment, this time recorded, and quickly chuck in the bit about taking £100.00+Vat every month; so that the customer misses that important part.  They don't give you their details and end the call leaving the customer with little information regarding contact details.  They may or may not send an email of conformation (probably not though).  They then help themselves to the customers cash, and it takes months for the customer to understand what is happening, as they are billed by a finance company (New Approach Finance Ltd) and not a marketing company (maybe that new telly you bought or such).

They will even want a months notice to end any agreement, meaning they can scam £220.00 + Vat from any person who gives them bank details or credit card - minimum.

Not surprised to hear that this Andy Dryden used to be a used car salesman......I reckon he could have sold timeshare too!!!!!  Bottom line is stay away from coldcallers, they are after your money, not doing you a favour!  I wouldn't buy an apple from this Jamie or Andy.

Watchdog are interested, and would appreciate information from duped customers.  KEEP ALL DOCUMENTS THAT YOU RECEIVE FROM THEM AS EVIDENCE!!!!

New Approach Marketing is a Scam. Beware, they will not just waste your money and time, but they will work to black list your domain on google, through unethical optimizing approaches like

Hidden text or hidden links : the text colour is (nearly) identical to the background color or image.
The use if very small fontsizes.
Keyword stuffing, continuously repeating the same keyword or phrase.
Deceptive titles that are irrelevant to the pages or web site content.

Thanks to new approach marketing I have spent some time on learning something, about SEO because, I don't want any company like "New Approach Marketing" to fool me in future. Guys..they are just bunch of idiots who don't know about what they market, which is quite unacceptable.

I think rather than spending time to respond to the bad comments on you, You guys better spend some time to learn about SEO and customer care services. You guys are lacking on your Technical Knowledge..spend some time on that and start doing business again, when you are confident on your self rather than just selling stuff to people by fooling them.

Think you will find the above post is NOT from myself and if you read all previous posts, will see that i conduct myself professionally and do not post uneducated comments, which clearly start with someone with so much anger. If i post on this site, i use my name and DO NOT hide behind silly titles. Suggest that you concentrate on your business instead of acting with no backbone or depth. As for second hand cars, we have a company called www.contractcars.com offering finance on new cars, dealing directly with Bank Of Scotland, ING, Royal Bank Of Scotland, LEX to name a few, we've had direct bank relationships for ten years, so if you fancy a "New Car" for the "New Year" the site in updated everyday and the sales team happy to assist.

It seems like two companies are fighting for each other. I think rather than bashing at each other, why don't you 2 companies focus on your business models and work on that line. You spend too much of time to uplift the reputation through the whocallsme..which will be an never ending approach..

Stop fighting and sending mud slashes at each other..and try to focus on uplifting your service levels..I think you guys have lost your focus in marketing, its about not just selling, you have to educate the client on this. If you charge 200 a month and if the worth of a hit is just 1 explain your customer that he will only get 200 hits for their ad and the ad will be appearing for the keywords you ve placed..they..only until you..reach the number of total hits..for the allocated budget...then try to charge for the service..some additional bucks.... you guys are just cheating the customers without explaining them the real scenario of the Adword.. and now..trying to coverup your [***]...

there are many other SEO companies in the world who do this in ethical way.. customer don't have to worry about entering credit cards or anything..you charge for the allocation..and for the service and pay from your credit card..until the client pays the full amount dont start the service...ask the client to place the google analytics on their website..and they can see the performance of the ad..

So the transparency is there,...you guys are just fighting for nothing..do ethical business..

The timing of this post seems to coincide with abusive posts made on the dot com chrome area of this site and seem to contain the standard sad content from one particular person. We deal with customers problems so suggest you loose the “small man angry attitude” and start to introduce an element of professional practice, because you are in danger of making yourself look and sound like a complete "knob". There is enough business for everyone so concentrate on "Income Producing Activity" instead of "Negative Activity"

To the Forum: I’m reporting back, there has been NO emails once again, the unprofessional blogger (competitor) has been given the chance to prove themselves as a normal customer with a real issue, but since I've received no emails in the last three days can only assume what everyone else assumes now, they’re just a waste of time, so stop been a fool, I’m interested in real issues, this site is for professionals, not competitors with a gripe, grow up.

I was looking for a job today and saw thi advert on the job centre website,

    http://jobseekers.direct.gov.uk/detailjob.asp ... d=3&j=ALU/69944

Dont think i`ll be applying for it now seeing as though the manager Andy Dryden, spends more time on here acting like some kid in a play ground rather than taking the approprite channels to resolve the matter.  Something i heard as a child "dont wash your dirty linen in public".  Especially not on a public website for the whole world to see.

How about we make this go to the top of google when people search for your company and they can make an informal decision as to whether they want to do business with somebody who rants about other companies and his.  This to me doesnt seem like any professional I have ever worked with in my life.

They are operating in South Africa via a rent-an-office crowd in Cape Town, and also under the name Lime Media - they have made fraudulent charges against my credit card, after we cancelled our trial month with them.
We busy launching various cases through government departments into potential Illegal Trading, Tax, Vat and Exchange Control irregularities.
You can contact me in South Africa, on +27+21+5312237

a class action against new approach marketing scam artists could be what is needed here! it is important not to let them get away with what they do! they are selling a service that simply does not exist, and they are doing it via their google qualification! Please please please do not let them rip anybody else off, email google, or call google on 0845 358 0038 and make a complaint so that others are not ripped off! I was scammed by new approach marketing for over 6 months costing my business over £500!  It is importnant not to let them get away with it. Contact manchester trading standards with your complaints and contact google, the more people that complain the sooner they will be shut down!

new approach marketing is a scam pure and simple
