- Kathleen SimpsonI was called by Lavora initially by someone called Thomas then Isabelle .I have also spoken to someone called Ian an accounts manager. I was given every assurance that they would do what they have not done. They said they could make a website to my requirements which i discussed with them. However they have not done so - now saying that they cant . Their attempts have been paid for by me !
Ive just tried to ring Lavora to cancel and spoken to a woman who was quite abrupt saying that she couldnt find any reference of my site. I asked to speak to Ian and was told that he was busy I then asked for Nick Martinez and was told that he was busy. I asked that Ian ring me back. After a short while I rang to get the womans name and Ian answered the phone. Then said that he couldnt find it either so said hed ask Nick martinez where to find my details, then Nick Martinez came on the line askiin how i could help as Ian had told him to speak with me. I explained that I wanted to cancel as they couldnt meet my requirements and was told that I would not be re-imbursed . I asked for the name of their CEO and was told MIKE DE MARTISS. I cant have his email address aparently. Its private ! Ian will email him instead - great especially as Ian doesnt really seem to understand what the problem is. I now await a response. Too much like hard work on a road to nowhere with your hands tied- Caller: Lavora Marketing
- Kathleen SimpsonRe the above complaint. I have been contacted by Lavora who are dealing with the problems that I have experienced. The man that I spoke to (David Bellin) has discussed the problems in detail, understands what I want . I found him very helpful . I feel that I am now getting somewhere. Great !

- LoulaI too am being plagued by these people. They often try the tack of asking about how my yell.com ad is going. In one early call I said I had not had any direct responses but that wasn't what the ad was about - it was to help provide a presecent - and they talked to me as though I was stupid. Another earlier call a guy after about 10 mins got around to how much - £99 - and I said no thanks - he asked me something and then put the phone down on me.
They have said to me calling on behalf of Google or about Google. On the last call I asked them to take my number off their list but it I get anymore calls - and by the sounds of it I will - I shall just put the receiver on the desk and leave it. - KellyWe are currently liaising with solicitors and trading standards regarding this company. They have blatently LIED on the phone and luckily for us I am a trainee lawyer and know our rights so will be taking them ALL the way. Do not use them they cannot deliver on their promises and BULLY you into giving them more money. I am drafting a letter at present to BBC Watchdog and urge anyone with similar experiences to do the same to expose this disgrace of a company. Try searching their name on google and you will find hundreds of complaints!

- MarkThese guys are proper cowboys. They must have called me 20 times in the past 3 months, each time requesting our MD. Each time they call back a few days later and even if I know I spoke to that very same person a few hours ago they deny it was them. I am posting this complaints page to Twitter now each time I get a call from them.
- Caller: Lavora - Or Google depending how they feel

- RJT replies to AHad 6 calls today, cant seem to take no for an answer.
- Peter replies to Susie BellI have been using lavora for more than a year. They have done for me exactly what they said they would, which is to get my business on the first page of google searches under 7 different key words or phrases. Most economical advetising I have done.
- Jack| 1 replyI have been paying Lavora £99+ VAT a month for 3 months now and had NO new clients, NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL. The £99 + VAT gets me 7 Keywords. I have also paid them £199+ VAT for a website and still NO new clients or phone calls.
They offered to put me on Google Maps, guaranteed first page for 2 searches (my town and my county) for £99 + VAT. This was a CON, I don't even appear on the first page! I do appear on Google maps but thanks to Lavora it cost me over £100 AND it's the 3rd page!!! WHAT A BUNCH OF LIARS!
Lavora told me 2 things:
1. They would guarantee me in the sponsored listing 24/7 for the 7 keywords on the first page of Google.
This is true and they have kept me in the sponsored listings 24/7 on page 1.
2. They would do the above which would bring me new clients and help me increase my business.
This they have NOT done, the 7 keywords, 15 page website and Google Maps have got me 0 phone calls and 0 clients
This means total advertising loss to date thanks to Lavora £698!!!
I will stick it out for 1 more month and then try and cancel (apparently you have to give 1 months notice in WRITING! this means I will have to pay another 2 months £116 x 2 = £232 before I can cancel and I don’t want this stress)- Caller: Lavora
- Mark| 1 replyJust made a formal complaing to one of their managers Susan, They keep calling me, about 15 calls today, they just hang up now, I've emailed their Customer Services Dept and I'm hoping that will make them go away but I'm not hugely optimistic. Next stop reporting them to the TPS and trading standards.
- Caller: Lavora - scam - complaints - liars -
- Lee replies to MarkYour wasing your time. Cancel your card now! I had to, Its the only way to stop this bunch of rude leeches! Honest sole traders like me and other small businesses have enough on our plate without wasting time trying to even talk to these freeloaders. AVOID Lavora Marketing like the plague!
- Lee replies to JackTake my advice: see this and my above comment!
The chap who sold me so called 'Google advertising' named: Johnathan mcloud introduced himself as representing/working for google marketing. Sold me a month for £99. I was told i could cancel in the first month at any time, after a month to cancel in writing. After 3 weeks i'd not even had a single call from the adverising so i telephoned to cancel. Spoke to someone called Cathrine i believe who was all cheery until i told her i was cancelling. She simply would not take no for an answer when i said i was cancelling, she just said i'm not going to allow you to, i can't believe your cancelling without giving it at least 8 weeks for it to 'kick in' lol what rubbish. She was pretty rude really. In the end she said. "Fine, i'll cancel your account then" in a pretty snotty voice, as if i was talking to a bitter ex lol. Going off what i've read all over the net, i'm one step ahead of them, i've cancelled my business card to stop these con merchants removing more money. This company needs to be turned inside out as soon as possible. I'm miffed now i realise they've sold me something that is available free. They may argue they 'made' a website? lol yeah right, my 7 year old daughter could have made one better. 5 lines of text on webspace and a few obvious, ill thought tags! I'm actually gonna ring these f&*^ers now and demand a refund for my initial payment. Crooks! Steer well clear of these leeches. - nutritionistGot a call today. Gave me all this blurb about gettig high ranking in google. I said get to the point I have to go out. He put the phone down on me.
