Hi there all! I worked for the klub for 6 months - It was tough going - sometimes I only made £100 in a week. The reason they keep half your earnings back is to cover cancellations - and provided your cancellation rate is less than 50% you'll get it back.
I did get chance to work in an airport doing "events" but this was harder than door to door because you actually had to stop people and get them to do charity direct debits - and people avoid charity people like the plague!
There is a chance to earn large amounts of money from it, but you have to accept that most people will fail - getting rich was never easy!
I've taken the positives from the experience (and it was certainly an experience)!!!

My Boyfriend worked for The Klub for over a year, one day he went into work to find the office the *owner* had been renting was no longer accessable because she had not paid the rent, she had dissapeared not only with the % they kept back but also with the % she was keeping back as his savings to become an owner as well.
He could be out *selling* charity direct debits for 12hrs a day, 6 days a week and would have £150 in his pocket at the end of the week !
Its not a scam as such, but the pockets you are lining are not your own, i likened it to a pyramid scheme!
I beg of anyone reading this NOT to do it, sure its a job, and there are not many out there at the moment, but wait for the next offer, it will do nothing for your self worth or self esteem.
This one sucks!
