had missed calls from private number for past week same times every evening. got one missed call from 017061200 rang it back couldnt connect but they rang me straight away after that and its a marketing research company in dublin called milllward brown marketing.

They called me one evening doing a survey about my car service. Guy was really nice and very polite, said he was a student just wokring there to get by.

Im from ireland to .they keep ringing my bro .just rang again 5 mins ago.when i asked who they were the guy said il tell u at the end of the survey .i said you can tell me know.he refused so i hung up .has to be a scam ,he wanted to know what internet he used and did he pay by direct debit

I got a call this evening from same number at 20:12 asked to do a survey i lied (of course) just to let them talk and find out more....they went all into jobs politics and after 4 minutes they asked about income thank  god i lied and suddenly i asked why this question..normal was their reply so i hung up!!!!

yes i got a missed call of this number also but no ring tone when ringing back! very strange it is?

hey  im just after ending a short call wit this young squeaky girl who told me it was MBRI  tried too ask her what it meant and she talked over me saying she wanted too ask me a few questions. i asked her how she got my number and the ans i got was it was on the computer at random. that annoyed me. how the did they even have that. i dont give out my information. i told her i dont want too ans any questions. before i cud say please delete my number off the pc she hung up. very strange and it warned me that she cud be looking for personal information about my bank details or that. i had probs wit somebody hacking in too my account before and the bank informed me that ppl have being ringing numbers but there not what they seem and they end up getting your information then and using. it will be saved on my fone now and i may check in too it. im a bit worried that they have my number as it is.

Strange number. 01706 is for Rossendale/Rochdale, Lancashire, but the rest is two numbers short.

Don't ring back. It may be a premium rate number. If it was legit they would have let it ring for longer and then left a message.

Just for those who are posting about 01706 being for Rossendale/Rochdale, Lancashire, don't pay such close attention to google.
01 is the code for Dublin...and that's where the calls are coming from.

If someone ringing re a survey is refusing to answer questions when asked, hang up on them. And report the number if you feel it necessary.

I seem to encounter problems any time I put an Ad up on a For Sale website!!!

I also got a missed call - don't know number - seems to be Dublin??? Always engaged when I ring back. Really strange

Had missed calls from this number, always engaged when I ring back. Tonight I was able to answer but had a weird sound at the other end, WTF?
What can I do to get it stopped.

Just got a missed call there, tried ringing back but was engaged so i googled the number and this page come it is a dubin number i would Say... Strange i try answer next call and see what they want :)

Got a call from this number the 19/11/2011 at 10:59am. When trying to call back the call gets disconnected

had 2 calls from 7061200 when i answered they hung up . haven't had another 1 yet. when i tried to ring back i keep getting a engaged tone. don't understand if it is about a survey why wont they say anything they just hang up.

yeap have had 3 calls and when answer nithing...when ring back it doesnt ring....crrrraazzyyyys
