Just after getting a call from this number asking to speak to a Kelly Brook. This is not the first time a have received a call looking to speak to Kelly Brook, but it is the first time from this number.

Said they were calling about a reference

The number is for 1st Credit.  They never write and if you do happen to speak to them do not give them your name, dob or confirm anything about yourself.  They are linked to Connaught Collections (debt collection agency).  They are persistant.

Keep calling. Had calls from them last week and again today. Asking for the same person, and they don't even live here!

pain in the [***]. Keep ringing us will not take no for an answer! Trying to get a bar on the number.

These people are a bloody nuisance. Keep calling nearly every day and even my husbands mobile. He's told them where to get off and so have I just now. I'm afraid I was very rude and then hung up. I have put a bar on the number now. How and where do they get our numbers from when we've never had any dealings with them??

just had a call off this number, answered it out of curiosity, and all i heard was a funny beeping noise, theyve called again a few times since.
how often would they have to call before i could screw them for harassment?

Picked up phone - strange beeping.

Got a call at 8:15am, i answered it but it just hung up. I heard talking in the background. No idea who it is but its not very nice to call at that time in the morning.

They called me both on my mobile and at work, the trouble is the work number I have to pick up, they want me to confirm my d.o.b to continue the conversation. I said I was to busy to talk, they said they'll call back later. If they know where I work can they come to my workplace or send letters there?

They called me sat and sun, but the problem is they call me at work also. This can be illigal.

Some numpty from this number just called me on my work mobile asking for a Mushsaraf. I even answered the telephone Hi ***company I work for*** Kerrie speaking...and he persisted to harass me! When he asked if I lived at Eagle street I started getting quite annoyed as I had someone else trying to get through. He was quite quite rude, asking if I was 'sure' I didn't ' know' a Mushsaraf and wouldn't go. I ended telling him that he was talking to me on my work mobile and would he kindly not call me again... We shall see, he sounded like a right W@nker.

Don't be afraid of these idiots.   What they do is illegal....it is harrassment make no mistake about it.   Record the times and frequency of all calls. Don't be concerened about answering the phone and ask them who they are.   Tell them that it is harrassment and that you are giving them notification that you will report them to the OFT.   State that you want to make a complaint and get them to send their complaints procedure to you. They will probably be bolshy but take no rubbish from them.   They might even hang up, which is why you ask who they are at the start.   BUT DO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE COMPLAINT TO THE OFT - THEY DO NOT WANT THIS BECAUSE EVERY COMPLAINT GENERATES TIME AND EXPENSE AND EVEN A FINE.

Follow this to have some fun--press 141 followed by their number, then put your phone on secrecy and listen to them squirm!!!!

Payback time--do this if you have time and only if its free for you to call the land line numbers of course.....They may understand how frustrating it can be--The more people call them back and give THEM the silent treatment, we could put them beggars out of business.

Googled and found this thread.

They are definitely from debt collection agency as they leave automated answer message. Have been calling me since yesterday. Dont know how they get hold of my number. Will surely not answer their call.
