14.26 today: received a call from a young woman on 01772643214 claiming to be 'Consumer Protection' and saying that their data said I had taken out Payment Protection with a named Building Society, and had I done anything about it? It could be true - or not - but I said politely,  ' Thank you, but I intend to telephone them myself to sort this out' at which she replied, rudely, 'Well, there's no need for the attitude!' and slammed down the phone.

And yes, I am registered with the tps.

Re: Payment Protection: all anyone needs to do is ring their Bank or Building Society, and say that they believe they were sold PPI which they did not want or need, and would the B or BS please look into this and sort it out. There is no need for a middleman, and it takes a few minutes.

This number has called me constantly for the past 3 weeks and as per previous comments as soon as I answered there was some rustling and hung up.

After having this happen on number of occasions decided to call them back and after waiting for over a few mins on hold I finally got through to a girl who claimed company were called Premier Claims and were involved in chasing old Pension settlements and PPI's.

So do not answer these calls as a waste of time and will cost money to dial them back (cost me nothing as I dialed from work line).

missed call earlier from 01772643080then had call from 01772643214 several minutes ago where they asked for me by name then enquired about my morgage.

i got a call from these people,didnt know them back,and got thro. they are future planning, selling pension products. i asked for my number to be erased from their list,which the man agreed to do.,after telling him if he did not,i would report them for illegal telephone selling.

now that idea i like!

I keep getting calls from this number.  I have tried to phone back and no one answers.  I haven't had one for a few months and received it again today.  Is there any way I can block this number from phoning me?

This number has called me over the last 3 or 4 weeks and each time they hang up as I answer, but shortly after on 2 occasions I have taken cals from 01772 643080 who work from the same building, 3d Marketing own theses numbers and I have advised the caller I am TPS and they have assured me they will remove my name from the database.

It happened again this morning and I advised the caler that I would be doing two things today:

1) Writing a letter of complaint to 3d Marketing, (the MD is named Ian Smith) at 12 Eaton Ave, Matrix Business Park, Chorley, PR7 7NA, and

2) Making a formal complaint to OFCOM.

When I researched the numbers online and called 3d Marketing the answer the phone as FUTURE MARKETING.

Called twice today within a couple of hours, first time hung up when I answered, second time rung off after 3 rings before I could answer. Initially just thought they were checking number exists, but not sure why they'd call more than once if that's the case.

They are called The Future Planning Group, Ashley is 1 of the silly staff and Donna is her manager, they wont give their second names but they want ours lol The company selling our details to these companies are called Prize Magazine. These companies do care if we are registered with TPS or not, they literally don't give 2 hoots...so much for TPS then eh.

Loads of silent phone calls from these people

I keep getting call from this phone to may mobile. When I answer the phone goes dead.

Somebody called Future Planning. Ringing on my mobile daily and failing to leave a message. Phoned them back and told them to delete me. We will see!

Received a call from 01772643214, picked up and line was dead, a previous commeter said correcly that this is what they do in outbound call centres, the computer dials numbers and if someone answers you get put through to an available salesman, if noone is available it just hangs up. I'm very diligent about ensuring I don't give my mobile number out and tick appropriate boxes on forms to ensure they do not have the right to use it.So I would be extremely interested to actually talk to someone on the number to find out where they got my number from so that I can complain properly.

these people been trying me for a week now @ the above num & 01772643080 i dont answer ,if you answer & decline(even if) they will pass ur mob num on to other spammers ,i really do like the idea of public humiliation town square &stocks & dog [***] seems ok

They rang and wanted my son, told them he was not in so could I take a message and was told it was Danny from future planning group and he would ring again.  Hope he does not as neither of us have any idea who he is.
