I  received phone call every day by this numbers 01772643214/ 01772643080 no answer or hung up.

You will not have had a call earlier than 12pm or later than 8pm. I used to work for this company. It is not a scam or anything like that. All they do is offer information on how you can claim back ppi. The only way they get your number is through surveys online or car insurance, home loans, payday loan sites. Things like that. Iunderstand it can get annoying but they are just doing their jobs. The reason it seems like they put the phone down sometimes is because the telephone system is aweful at that company and there is a delay. In that time you think no one is on the other end and some employees dont wait and put the phone down for the system to automatically dial the next number. Its completely random sometimes. So on behalf of my former employers I apologise. The best way to get rid of them is to say its not your number anymore and to take the number off the system. Ask nicely and they will do it. Shouting and screaming makes them call you more. Hope this helps.

And you're seriously telling us they're a professional organisation?

I just had them ring, calling themselves "We Find Any Pension". To be fair, they were polite.

I get calls from this number constantly. I answered it the other day with the greeting "Downing Street, how may I direct your call?" I was quite shocked when the caller asked for me by name but knowing it was spam rubbish I hung up. I've just had another call and spoke to someone there. Apparantly they're "not selling anything" but they answer as 'Pensions advice service'. Anyway I've told them to remove my number and not to bother me again!

Just called this company back and told it was a company offering " free advice on pensions" . Told them I was registered with TPS and they got very nervous, hanging up quickly . Obviously illegal cold calling.

fight4myrights that sound a great app ,what I've been doing is storing any unwanted numbers to my phone and then blocking the number.

In view of what an ex employer of one of these companies said I think a lot of these unwanted call would be stopped  if websites didn't force you to include your telephone no just to make an inquiry i.e insurance quote.then pass the no on.

My trick now is input 0 if they insist on having my telephone no or if that isn't allowed put their telephone no down ,that teaches them

It si about time TPS/ ICO/ Ofcom got their act together and got these crooks off our backs.

Now you see my way of thinking is if you are trying to sell someone something (as my phone call from this number was, yet again, about PPI) you would call someone by their surname and NOT by their first name.  I am really sorry it gets on my nerves that cold-callers use my first name.  It's not professional and it makes it sound like someone I need to talk to.  If you are going to try and sell someone something, you could at least use "Miss/Mrs/Mr etc".  Where I worked I never ever used to call our customers by their first name (even our regulars) unless I was told by the customers I was allowed.  Once got into bother for it (by my boss) and the gentleman in question had to go into the office to tell them it was OK I called him MIchael as calling Mr .... made him sound old.  That's not my complaint (just something that annoys me).  My complaint is someone from this number asked to speak to Tracy (OK, not going back into all that - read the above) and then tried to say "You've answered a survey about mortgage PPI".  Well here's the thing (as I told the idiot on the phone - reason for that "name" in a second) I've never had a mortgage.  I still live in the same house as I was born which is owned by my parents!  When I asked the man (lol) in question where did he get my details from, I was called something not very polite (a stupid b---h actually) and he slammed the phone down!
