They keep ringing I answered and played along with their questions they asked me for bank details, i gave them to them over the phone however i gave fake details, he then told me that they would process the payment of 1 pound to check my account details and then told me it was successful, unlikely as i made it up. it proves they are con men! do not give them details over the phone !!

they wouldnt disclose where they illegally bought my details from infact they hung up a few times, then i told them i need real help to get 'back on track' :) i was asked if it was financial, or love life that i need to get back on track, i told him "no silly im a train driver and took the wrong turning and "i need to get back on track"  lololol  the fella wasnt amused, said i had mental health problems and called me a [***] lolololol total corrupt knobends

Just got called by this number.
I'm at home today on annual leave, but normally my wife would be here alone.
As soon as I answered, they hung up (nobody spoke).

Just out of curiosity, do they just hang up on the males and speak to the females?
It's just that when we get calls like this and my wife answers, they very rarely hang up, but when I answer, they hang up instantly (I'm male by the way :)  )
Just a thought, seems like they target women at home alone, which is dodgy in itself!

This number has just phoned me and told me I had been turned down for a loan i haven't applied for.. Couldn't tell me where they got my details from, and never mentioned their own names! Still had all my details though :/. Apparently the company is Back on Track Finance!!

Hi there I recieved this call and now found out that it is from a company called Back On track Financial, this is there up coming website, Caldin is one the guys who phones you, i sat there and spoke to this guy and had a 10 minute conversation in relation to this socall loan and found out they dont give you a loan they find you one, but first you have to give them your detail.

This website http://backontrackfinancial.co.uk/ has been the same "COMING SOON" status since 1999 so for a well known site they have nothing on it. HOAX

I too keep getting calls of this number when I answer nobody speaks and the line goes dead.I have no idea who it is block it please.

Call them back and ask for your number to be removed from their dialler, they seem to have stopped after my request

its a loan company given your details from a third party,just cut em off dnt answer else it rings them and charges you for the pleasure,thats how they make theyre money!

number has rang many times, at first no one speaks. nice one for waking up my poorly little boy when i have told you repeatedly that the person you are asking for does not live here. do one!

i had a call from them. he said he was from "my finance"

this number has just called asking 2 speak 2 my husband when i askes who is calling they hung up

I received a phone call asking for me by name from a gentleman who spoke with a heavily accented voice.  I stopped him as soon as he mentioned that he was calling with regards to a debt consolidation and asked him the name of the company he worked for.  He said that he worded for "Back on Track Financial" and when pressed confirmed that it was a "Limited" company based in India.  Afterwards I did a Google Search and apart from this website I found no reference to a legitimate company other than a very small company based in America.  This is all the information I could gain

The plus side is for every minute someone phones me my network provider adds a minute to my bundle.  I kept him waiting a while whilst I did this search. :)

I did exactly the same thing only I used the phrase "Data Protection Act"  I think the guy shat himself.....

How do i get them to stop calling me?

It's these [***], http://backontrackfinancial.com/Contact_Us.html , I just went mad at the bombay call centre for ringing me over and over again.  I asked who owns this company? Oh we can not tell you that< well i want to know because I applied for one pay day loan at christmas and now i get calls off so many numbers everyday all stupid little company names setup within the same company I'd imagine.
