Keep getting calls dude off these scammers, told them numerous times to take my number off their systems with no luck, mentioned the Data Protection Act too, but obviously they have no concept of what that even is.
So my new tactic is to just answer and leave my phone next to the radio in work, wastes thier money being connected.
I can see the only solution being changing my number though.

Hi all My Daughter who is 11 has just recived a call from these people saying that the loan she applied for could be sorted for her if she cleared her debts through them ? debts at 11 years old ye she might owe me for an ice cream or 2 be.
these people need to be stopped

Some called Robin called me and would not give me his company details until i had listened what he had to say to him even though i said i wanted them to report him to the TPS as i had registered the number.  He was very insistent so i ended the call

im getting calls from this number at least 10 times per day,ive added it the reject list on my phone but it still gets thru

They keep ringing me asking me to confirm personal details like address and date of birth so of course I'm not saying owt over the phone but strangly they won't tell me who they r or what hey want bt when I start to ask they hang up and they always indian although the first message I have from them is a man and a woman arguing over wether to leave a message but hey were very much english anyway a few days later I had a letter from my bank saying someone tried to access my accounts over the phone but didn't pass my security checks !! Very dodgy

Call me every day - this morning I called them back and asked for the home number of the guy Ryan who called. I was quite angry and he asked me why I was acting like this so I told him, "Your company calls me every day without fail, I will report these calls and take you to court." He said, "you can't do that, we know where you live." How do we stop these people?

i had the self same thing, mentioned the TPS, guy got rather funny over it and i demanded they remove me from their telemarketing list, apparently its not telemarketing according to the guy on the phone but sure as hell sounded like it to me :s

I applied payday loan or loan 15 days ago and than I received to many calls from different company and really feed up. All is scam and fraud company. dont apply any loan via internet. I applied log book loan to automoney and they gave me £700. I sort it my problems but still receiveng calls. today I received call from that number.

guy called to tell me that i wanted a loan... i dont and if i did i would go to my bank or delve into one of my very ample overdraft facilities thank you. when i said no i dont he just hung up.. bit rude really. no idea where they got my details but very unhappy about it. actually did not sound like a call generated in the UK.

there from cash finance direct they want you to call them back iv had loads of texts and calls when you anser they hang up to get a loan tthrough them they get a broker fee from you returning there call at £1.50 a min there txts say your loan has been accepted just ring us my mate did and the call cost her £49 they will refund the cost if you send copy of phone bill and they failed to get you a loan. SCAM they have numerous numbers like this 1.

These people are getting on my nerves ,

this company keep ringing and ringing and everytime i answer they say nothing and when i dont they constantly ring and ring and ring etc getting really anooying now

rang me today and put the phone down

they are a waste of space best idea is answer it and dont say anything eventually they will give up or what i do is turn my phone off
