I've been receiving valls from these lately, if you call your network provider you can have them all blocked..I was tellin them for about a year to take my number off but they never stopped until I changed my number n my network told me they can bar them calling.x

just received a telephone call from this number 01788220339 saying our loan had been declined.  We stated we had not applided for a loan and asked where they had got our details.  They appear to search the internet for applications etc and obtain your number.  The company is called Back On Track Financial.

They got my details from Experian. There is a free credit checker that you can type in if you want to see if you would get a mortgage / load / credit card etc but instead of giving you a match they say someone will call to discuss it. It's these people. I told them I was just seeing about the mortgage I wasn't applying for one. I told then I'm not interested in their services but they wont go away. They just rang me again and I told the woman I have twice said remove my number. They haven't and I'm sure they wont.
Experian have also given it to at least 2 other companies who are sending me texts stating my 15000 loan has been agreed (I haven't applied for any loans) and the other says to finish my application I need to contact them.
I am writing a letter of complaint to the Ombudsman about this and the way Experian have passed my details to these people.

Rite can everyone who gets a call off these do the same as i did, the rang me an i told them i wasnt interested an that id be scammed twice so t not contact me again. I had alook on the number an came across this with all ur comments.......so i rang them back an said "rite i know ur a scam cos iv seen all the comments on the internet.....an im taking it furthur an prosicuting you!!! reply "is this gemma"....i replied "you know its gemma an im taking this too the police ok!!!" an i put phone down....... so i advise everyone to do same an play them at ther own game an scare them......act as police if need be!!!!! [***] the [***] up!!! wont ring ya again lol x

just sent these guys a text to the number 01788220339 saying haha your going down,see you guys in court... t o ssers!!!

I have 37 calls from these jokers in the last month. Something to do if you've ever applied for a loan of some description. Think it may be time to get them blocked from my mobile.

enough already i have had countless calls and txts which i have replied 'stop' to several times - just get a notification that txt not sent -  these people are idiots - i don't want debt consolidation or a high interest loan from them thank you very much - how are they allowed to get away with 'cold calling' - simply because many moons ago i filled out a loan application and i was immediately open to this abuse!!

just to add I also had a look at bits and bobs through my experian account and that is where all this started - i filled out an application through them - i also get txts saying you 15000 loan is ready - knowing full well that its a load of @"i!!! just like the lady a few comments up - I will be making a complaint immediately to them also!

Hello, i keep getting calls from this number & i rang them yesterday back from my work phone just in casee they are a scam company...someone answered & was very cagey, i asked them what company & take me of there database, he hung up, i rang back, spoke to someone else & he said he would however still getting calls, at all times, doing my head in, as well as texts from other companies. I think this is connected to Credit Expert as I signed up and it was after this date I have been getting these calls / texts, what can be done to stop it??

hiya, same thing happening to me!!! i signed up to credit expert.com. just to get my credit report & now getting all these random numbers ringing me & texting me saying, loan approved. wt....it's doing my head in!!! aaaaarrrhhhhhh

I'm in the same boat as all you lot. I kept getting calls from this number whilst I'm at work which is annoying! I managed to answer it yesterday and the conversation went like this: "hello Miss (then my surname) I'm calling to let you know that your loan was declined" (me) "I've not applied for a loan in 7 years" "well madam I can see on our system that loan you applied for 7years ago was declined" (at this point I was laughing so much. I then said) "right whatever idiot, I've not applied for a loan so do one" he then said "congratulations we can offer you a discount to wipe out your debts" I asked "how much does your system say I'm in debt by?" he said "our system shows you are in debt by £50,000". This isn't true as I have no debts!! I told him I'm terminating the call and anymore harassment from this number will be reported to the Police. My phone has been quiet since!

I have just received a call from the ame company and said that your loan is declined and would like to assist you in getting a loan. I asked the no. which is 02030042032 and 01369552001. The website does not exist and i believe it is a fake company. I have requested their address and they said the company is based in Hampshire and the call centre is based in India.

Keep in mind do not disclose your details to them because if the loan is declined they must have your details. They get your account details and charge 50 pounds to approve a loan of 5000 and never give you the loan because the interest rate is 92% and no one like to get the loan that interest rate. IF YOU ASK FOR A REFUND THEY WILL REPLY THEY HAVE ALREADY PROVIDE YOU THE SERVICE BY OFFERING A LOAN.

BE VIGILLANT  IT IS A TRAP

Have been receiving numerous calls from this number, at first I ignored them, but decoded to answer today.  

First it's someone from the approvals team (call centre is in India), when I informed them that I wasn't interested and to remove my name from the database, the person I was speaking to asked if I knew what the call was about.  

When I replied that I did, he asked me to tell him what he was calling me about!!!  Which I refused to do!!!  In the end I hung up on them.

They have called me numerous times, rings for 5 seconds then stops, then nothing for three or four days then they start again, 4-6 times a day from 1200-2000...i dont bother answering!

They have been ringing all day, about 5 mins ago i was in the middle of sending a text and they tried again so hung up they tried ringing back six times each time i was hanging the phone up......idiots need to get the hint i dont want to talk to them, dont know who they are and dont know what they wnt......

I have a app on my phone which I can add numbers to so they get a message saying the number is not available but after reading these this morning after I got a call I decided to have a little fun before I added them so they called me for the 4th time within the space of 10 mins and this is what happened:

loan company saying " u have been approved for a loan up to £5000. Except they fail to tell u that is £69.00 admin fee and no guarantee at all. Avoid like the plague

i have had this number phoning me quite alot but they never speak who are they so i can ask them to stop calling me ?
