Had a call from this number which has a Swansea prefix so as thats fairly local I thought maybe it was someone I knew ringing me from their office or something but its clearly someone trying to get me to make a claim on PPI or something similar! I've signed up for telephone preference service so these calls are a bloody cheek!

Just had 'We Claim U Gain' call me on my mobile. this was after they called my home number which is ex directory and we have the 'no cold calls' set-up with B.T.
they spoke with my wife who said she would be in touch end of conversation, they then phone me on my mobile (not given by wife) and said they spoken with her. Which is true but she handled the call, told them we would call them and did not provide my number.
They went through exactly the same the same intro claiming I was on thier database, what database and how did they get my home and mobile numbers. This is a very dodgy outfit indeed and the fees at 25% for basically doing nothing is a bit rich (at least they will be) to say the least.
I got them to call me back, so I could check them out, but I wont be doing business with them, i'll grab a free letter from one of many websites and do it myself. A recorded letter with exactly the same information they need me to provide will be a lot cheaper than thier 25%.

Stay clear is my advice...

I don't answer but they call early mornings and evenings! really annoying... I have blank messages on voicemail too

Receivef 2 calls from this number 7pm yesterday evening and 8.15am this morning , I am disabled and did not appreciate a call at 8.15 to ans and nobody there. Grrr I wish these people would go away.

i have had many calls from this number and when i amswer they hang up !

I've just added my complaint via TPS. They must have had a lot because as soon as you start to type We Claim... it auto suggests them straight away.

I have also written to the address that someone posted earlier telling them to stop and that they would be reported and just to make sure it costs them I 'forgot' to put a stamp on.

i have had sever calls from this number.i have an answerphone but the never leave a message,i will not answer it.

Bank check Or about to go into every bad debt soon, otherwise most importantly the company had been force to pay back because of compny mistake.

the other-thing it would be, if you as a know, by mistake enter into advertisement.

sick of getting in from a busy day at work and the phone calls start when you're trying to get dinner ready. Glad to see i'm not alone.

had a call on my personal mobile at midnight from these people. ridiculous time to be calling, obviously desperate for the work.

Called me today at 09:46 (09/03/2012) woke me up work nights but leave phone on incase of emergancies didnt understand them so cut them off and found that they had called 29/02/2012 17:05 when i looked at the number in my call history. These numbers should be cut off as these are the kind that con the elderly etc. Like I've said before if i want something I'LL look into it and give them a call. Honestly cant someone just cancel these calls.

I had a call from these people last week....When challenge as to how she had my details because I too had not applied for any financial service, she informed me that they collect details from the sites you visit whether or not it is relevant to their product ! Therefore if you sign in your details for a product or information or even just to register for a membership to something BEWARE your information is being collated !

Buy a samsung phone you can add number to auto reject list which does not let the phone call come though!

The best way to answer them is saying I jsut started a claim with such a such company and awaiting for such as such ammount.

Remember if they ring you back at a leter date or another company jsut say you already got your money back from all PPI's and say a a reasonble ammount, and wait for their response,

Dont say to low as they will say we could get you more from them as they got or paid you to little and dont say too much as they will know you liying,

But i believe Some eomployees of banks actually tells these companies all the information about you and they have an aggrement that if a claim does come through they get a cut as well.

Believe me my mate used to work at a well know UK bank in the IT and if he wanted to he could have seen everything about me, loans names etc, but he did not as he would have been sacked, but if I rang up and he went though my information he could have got them details easily.

Best way buy a cheap Pay as you go Phone and only use this number on any form that is not important.

I was called today; they claimto be offering help with PPI claims against finance companies.  "We Claim You Claim".  Lady was following a script until I interrupted; I told her I am registered with TPS and she tried to insist that I needed to re-register every 6 months (wrong) and that i might not be registered with TPS (wrong).  Told her I was making (another) report to TPS about this unwanted cold call.   www.tpsonline.org.uk/

Good for you.  The only way to try and stop these pests is for everyone who is registered with TPS to report each and every one of these calls.  Many people seem to think that just registering stops the calls but, of course, it doesn't.  Didn't know anyone was still using the "you need to re-register line".
