Message to 'lowlife' - good to know you are aware what we all think of your company and its staff - you'll notice there are no glowing comments from anyone on these sites.

It's also not racist to call someone Welsh - unless you add onto that statement some derogatory remark which Rachel did not.

If you are monitoring these sites why not accept that the way you do business is really annoying for most people and TPS and Ofcom are onto you guys.

Re-read Rachels remarks - she said nothing racist about the Welsh, she just said the guy was Welsh. That is not racist.

I do have a very busy life - and I, like others, are sick to death of the calls from various numbers links to this company interrupting my day. The auto-dial silent calls, the way in which to try and extract information on peoples contracts - it's just not the way a reputable company would, or should, do business. You are breaking the law if you call people who have been registered with TPS for 28 days - that's a fact.

and finally...I do not have to resort to using foul abusive language and dreadful grammar.

Been getting a couple of calls a day off this number.
i dont tend to answer numbers i dont recognise anyway.
it's just the weird times they ring, up to about 9pm at night.

I figure if it was important they'd leave a voicemail - until then, i will continue to ignore you!

I've had at least one call a day from them all week, I answered it once and they just hung up. I have no idea how they got my number. I'm on vodaphone so i guess it can't be network related. very annoying!

They call me all the time! it's so annoying, I've blocked at least 4 of thier numbers already. I actually got through to a lady who turned out to be very polite. She said they contact anyone whos contract expires in 2 months and i said mine had 4 months so I didn't qualify for whatever it is they provide.

Rang mobile, answered call, no-one there.  Been rang numerous times by this number

Called me today, pain in the bum. Wish they would bugger off

Had a few calls off them.. I now save their number as "DO NOT ANSWER"

Had a call from these saying they were calling about my phone insurance... i dont have phone insurance, and i told hm that. he then got lost in his tracks and said ok bye.

These people keep dialing my partners mobile numer with their annoying auto-dialer. I urge everyone who has call from them to follow what I did:

TYPE A LETTER TO THE 'MANAGING DIRECTOR' ASKING FOR YOUR NUMBER TO BE TAKEN OFF THEIR SYSTEM. LIST YOUR NUMBER BUT NOT YOUR FULL NAME. INCLUDE DETAILS OF HOW MANY CALLS YOU HAVE RECEIVED AND IF YOU WERE LIED/SPOKEN TO BY THIER HIGHLY TRAINED STAFF. TELL THEM IT IS YOUR POLITE REMINDER AND ANOTHER CALL WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION. THEN POST IT TO THE ADDRESS BELOW, BUT WITHOUT A STAMP. LET THEM PICK UP THE COST FOR ANNOYING YOU.
IF YOUR RECEIVE ANOTHER CALL AFTER THAT SEND THEM THE SAME LETTER, IN A LARGER ENVELOPE (I ADDED A LOCAL NEWSPAPER) SO THE COST IS EVEN MORE FOR THEM.
I'M EVEN ON THE PREFFERED NO CONTACT LIST?!

This may seem childish, but so it's worth it to stop the calls.

I've received a phone call from this number it sems to me that it is a brazilian cell phone, from Sao Paulo country side

to l2k , you are a knob royal wont bill them , and if they did if they didnt pay hey wont recive the letter so egg on your face and just so u know splash is not located at that address , 144 walter road is there accountants address . i have a phone of then and i am happy , they are just doing there jobs and i think the centre is full of students trying to make a living ,

i get calls from these type of number all the time

once i answered and they advised my contract is up soon (which its not!)
so its somthing to do with my contract but they are not o2 who i am with

i told them i dont want them to call me anymore as i have 8 months left on my contract but they still keep trying!!

They keep calling my daughter so ive called them from the land line and asked them to stop as she is a minor and has no say in her phone contract. They were polite and tried to talk to me about the contract when told she was on a £15 Sim only contract and it was more than sufficient for her needs they promisd that the calls would stop. Time will tell but hopefully that was all that is needed. By the way it sounds like the company is called splash. Another way to stop them is to tell them your phone is a company phone and you have no say in the contract.

Same, been getting calls of this ilk from Mobiles 4 You and Splash Online - from this number or similar.

What a nightmare.

I'd like to know how they got my number. They called me on my work mobile and i don't even know the number to it. I only use it to communicate with my boss. And as far as i'm aware the only ones who have the number are my boss and t.mobile.
