I've told this company loads of times to stop ringing me and they keep ringing.  I've even put all my details on a marketing list not to ring me and they still ring.  I'm now getting annoyed with them so I've stopped answering them.

I've put both my home number and my mobile number on this listing it doesn't seem to have worked yet.

They also have to follow the rules set down here by the MOJ.

Please note the parts refering to Cold Calling, and asking for details on the initial point of contact with the customer?

They are breaking many of those rules.

In fact im rather bored today, i might ring them up and let them run off their spiel to me and ask for my credit card details, i can then get stuck into that list or rules.

I dont answer their calls btw, just put them in BLOCKED SENDERS on my phone :)

I think everyone on this thread should take 15mins to read those rules and then ring them back and ask a few questions :)

Also everyone should complain to the Ministry of Justice about this companys conduct and their whole cold calling procedure.

Perhaps then, their Authorisation code will be revoked.

Just had yet another call from them. Answered the phone and said this.
"This call is been recorded by myself and the police"
They hung up str8 away.

They rang again, after reading the posts I answered the phone "welcome to scotland yard police, fraund phonecall dept this number has been logged and you will be contacted my a member of the fraud team. Thank you for your assistance!" Could hear guy calling his manager over before I hung up. Made my day anyway :-)

Its a waste of time ringing that number back as it will not be answered

You are better ring their 0844 66 99 333 number and asking to be removed from their register

They have said that they will do this for me but whether they will or not is another matter

The problem with registering your number with the TPS (Telephone Preference Service) is that it may bar anyone ringing in who may be calling you via a telephone exchange system or if they as a matter of course withold their number

Also just got a phone call from these idiots and I answered and they hung up. I called back and same thing happened. really annoyed because I was waiting for a call from Virgin Media regarding an installation. hopefully these fools do not charge me for making the call to them...could be a scam.

after looking at all the reports on  this so called lifestyle claims company i feel sick as i have been dealing with this company about ppi claims,and have payed them for there so called service,it got my alarm bells ring so tonight i went on the bbc watch dog web site and reported them,if the same has happened to u do the same

Keep getting calls from this company they are so rude and asking for my details, I have confirmed I dont understand why they are calling me, somebody even shouted at me and its really upset my day and made me Cry stupid C**TS

been receiving calls from these,twice a day for over a week.  Havent answered, but called them back today, interrupted him in the middle of all his spiel, told i wasnt interested and take my number off their database.  They hung up!
They then called back 10 minutes later, and had a lovely conversation with my 2 year old while I made a cup of tea! I could actually hear him going on about PPI when my daughter was asking if he liked Peppa Pig and that she had a stinky nappy!!
if they call again I like the idea of saying its police fraud department!!

i have been recieving calls from this number on both my mobile and landline and am really fed up with it. i have told them on numerous occassions that i am not interested, that i am not eligible for their services as i have never had a loan in my life. I would like to know if there is any way of blocking future calls as they are a proper nuisance. with thanks

I have had a call from these people today an as they asked for my c/c details and continously pushed an pushed i put the phone down. After doing so i called the ministry of justice to ask if it was a vaild company. It is BUT they dont work with the MOD at all. and the MOD have written on numerous occasion to tell them to stop calling people asking for such details as C/C and Bank information. My advice would be to tell them to back off an stop calling as you know they are aload of rubbish who ARE NOT working with the MOD!

I was with orange but trans my number to 3 so makes sense although not a clue y they called me 2day

3 missed calls on my mobile then they rang me at work. They said I was owed £1500 for mis sold PPI which surprised me as I've never bought any. They then went into some spiel about how I may have been charged it anyway...needless to say they're full of the proverbial.
