- Surveyor replies to opijni| 3 repliesLol, You're a funny guy. Not sure what you picked up in my English that makes you feel that English is not my primary language..... High standards you've set for yourself uh? Why will I have any issues with the conclusions you've drawn? It seems that you've had a very bad experience with some or all of these companies that you've listed. Anyways, hope you find peace in your life soon. I completely agree with you that taking advantage of any vulnerable person is immoral and not acceptable at all. Cheers!
- opijni replies to Surveyor| 2 repliesNo, I've not had bad experiences with this company, but I have read enough reports from other people who have. I just do my best to ensure nobody else gets ripped off by these companies by contributing to threads like these. So, what is your interest with this company may I ask?
- George replies to opijni| 1 replyI have noticed that because of the new arrangement of this website only a maximum of one day's posts is visible on the Homepage. The post from "Surveyor" was made 9 days after the previous post so would not be visible to a casual observer. "Surveyor" would have to imput the number to find out what was being said. Why would someone who was not making a complaint or checking on the number do that?
- Surveyor replies to GeorgeI was researching about natural medication for arthritis and that's when I came across their site and some others and got their numbers from the website. I was interested in their XCELL product but was checking on feedback to see how genuine they were and came across this thread. I always like to get more information before I make a decision. In today's times we have access to so much information but we've got to sieve out the information and hope to make the right decision. I've called them and placed an order for 1 bottle of the XCEll so lets see how that goes...... fed up of all the pain killers. Thanks all for the caution and if you'll do have any good companies that you'd like to refer that would be helpful. Cheers!!!
- J.k.| 2 repliesCalled by someone this morning but wasn't born yesterday!! Looked up and searched them and was in no doubt this was a scam. What I do is send them addressed envelopes containing nothing at all but do not stamp them in the hope they will have to charges.

- opijni replies to J.k.This company is an absolute disgrace and I find it very telling how 'surveyor' - who obviously was just a ruse and has an involvement with this company - no longer tries to justify their actions. Please read the reports made by others on this website:

Only scum would spend "an hour persuading my 88 year old mother in law to order tablets costing £72. Nearly a weeks pension." Avoid this company at all costs! - Mrs Goddard replies to Bunny| 1 replyI do not require any more phone calls from you, what tablets I do or don't take is my business or my doctors.
- Tom replies to Mrs GoddardAbsolutely right! These people are only interested in your bank account details and continually fleecing you for overpriced products that you do not need.
- martinfreyeThey, he, called this morning and told my wife that we were in danger from local people but needed to speak with me about it.
After I convinced her that she didn't need to hide in the garage, she told me the number which she had sensibly written down.
Blighters !- Caller: Sera Wellbeing
- martinfreye replies to J.k.What a good idea, thanks, might even make it overweight too?
- BaronI don't answer any call on my landline as all my contacts have my mobile and 99% of them are my friends, my answer machine takes any messages from these tele sales and none of them leave a message I then dial 1471 and that's how I know these prats pester me. Some times for entertainment I will enter dialog and just keep saying NO.
- 88 yr oldI got a call & somehow they knew my recent medical history. Is an NHS worker selling details on? I thought I was speaking to the hospital & foolishly gave bank details. - Mrs W| 6 repliesA man ( not British ) phoned today from this number saying the UK Government has instructed him to phone all pensioners to enquire about their health, in my opinion this is highly unlikely, just another attack on the elderly
- Call type: Survey
- opijni replies to Mrs WWell done - you have identified and avoided becoming embroiled in a nasty scam. These companies spoof UK telephone numbers and have mailing addresses based in the UK. They prey on naive, vulnerable and elderly people, getting them to commit to hundreds if not thousands of pounds worth of 'health' supplements that have no benefit for them whatsoever. They try to establish if their victims suffer from dementia or Alzheimer - purely because they have had greater success in scamming these people out of thousands of pounds in the past. The previous chairman of Sanda Wellbeing (one of the most prolific scammers in this field) - a Mr Patel - was previously exposed for trying to defraud the NHS. All of these companies - Sanda Wellbeing, Elbon Wellbeing, Your Lifestlye, Vitabeing and Natura Healthcare appear interconnected. They rely on heavy handed sale practices to peddle their junk and should not be trusted under any circumstances. Please have a look at the following links to read up on these companies and their dubious business practices.

These companies read these threads....so do let them know on here how despicable you find their business practices. - factsA HEALTH supplements company has been prosecuted after a Rugby pensioner parted with nearly £10,000.
Sanda Wellbeing Ltd, a UK-based company specialising in telesales of high-value health supplements, has been convicted of four offences relating to supplements sold to the unnamed 89 year old man over an eighteen-month period.
Warwickshire County Council's Trading Standards began its investigation into the workings of the company after discovering the victim had spent £9,900 on a wide range of products claiming to improve health.
Leamington Spa Magistrates Court heard Sanda Wellbeing used an Indian call centre run by a closely connected Indian registered company, Sanda Wellbeing PVT Ltd, to generate sales.
It targeted affluent home owners with a credit or debit card, aged over 50, who had either reported suffering from mobility issues or who may be interested in buying health supplements.
The prosecution heard telesales staff followed scripts to potential customers that contained a number of nutritional claims and benefits of the products on offer, including the level of nutrients they contained.
The investigation has since revealed after thorough dietary analysis, not only did some supplements not contain the promised levels of nutrients, they were also being sold in hugely elevated quantities. In some cases the products would have exceeded their “best before” date long before they could all have been taken.
The court heard the company had no procedures in place to prevent inappropriate quantities or combinations of products being sold to customers, nor were upper limits applied to ensure products did not contain excessive levels of nutrients, such as vitamin A which is found to be detrimental to health with excess intake, as compared with the content stated on the label.
The company was found guilty of three offences arising from the sale of its products to the Rugby victim, and a further offence relating to a misleading claim about the levels of nutrients present in the product 'Pomy'.
Sentencing, District Judge Robertson said the court regarded the offences as serious and significant breaches of consumer protection legislation.
He added Sanda Wellbeing took advantage of an elderly man’s vulnerability and had shown a reckless disregard for the requirements of professional diligence.
Official records showed the company had traded at a loss, had no assets and was now in liquidation, which was taken into account and for these reasons a three-year conditional discharge was imposed on each charge.
Director of Sanda Wellbeing at the time of the offences, Ajit Ramanlal Patel, paid prosecution costs and compensation to the customer together totalling £41,500.
He gave undertakings to Warwickshire Trading Standards he would not, in future business dealings, engage in the type of activity which Sanda Wellbeing had been convicted of.

- opijni replies to Les SmithPursue them, threaten to kick up a real fuss with the press and other official bodies - there is a precedence of people being refunded from these types of companies but only if you impress upon them that you will not let the matter rest. Maybe this is because they do not want complaints lodged against them, after-all any official investigation would inevitably decimate the continuing revenue stream this company has amassed from countless others who are yet to discover they are being scammed. They would rather cut their losses and refund the relatively small amount they have taken from you than risk losing a lot more by having their sham company investigated.
Look back to the first page of this thread - the comment posted by 'Surveyor' on the 30th July - it basically translates into the boss or at the very least an employee of this company declaring 'we are willing to give refunds'.....of course they would rather not refund you, but if you push hard enough and threaten them eventually they will buckle. So keep calling them, leaving messages on their ansaphone, post your messages to them here if you like - they read this site and they KNOW other potential customers read this site too! - opijni replies to Les SmithHere's the facebook profile for the Company Secretary of this sham company - MR Angelo Anthony Joe Noronha https://www.facebook.com/anthony.a.noronha?hc ... owser&fref=pymk and I'm assuming this is the link for the director 'Rhayan DCosta' - https://www.facebook.com/rhayan.dcosta - feel free to send them a message and let them know just how disgusted you are with his type of scamming companies preying on old and vulnerable people.
Mr Noronha also 'likes' another page belonging to http://www.herbswellbeing.com/ - I've no doubt this is yet another one of these same scamming companies. I will be conducting more research on this company in due course. These people should be ashamed of themselves! - opijniHere's the links for the people behind this scam!
