Report a phone call from 01865922996 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- Phixxx replies to Mxxx| 1 replyFrom PT. Good point about the pics Mxxxx I wish you the best of luck. I have now reported through Action Fraud and I am also concerned that they have enough of my details to try and steal my identity. I have registered with CIFAS to put additional security on any credit checks in case they try to get credit in my name. Don't really know what else to do but like you I feel really stupid that I was fooled so easily.
- mark| 6 repliesHi all
re simply Airtime.
I just had 7 missed calls in the last hour...
I spoke to them yesterday for very long time, and it sounds 'to good to be true' i tried doing some more research, the phone number on website is never answering, i tried calling back the number i had the missed calls and it states that the person is busy...
if they are a multi million pound business, then why do they spend so much time on getting 6k???
the directors only started in Apr, and i checked 1 for example, he's 54 years old and not beed director in any other company in the past..
There's no phone numbers for their other offices. i called a tenant in the same building as they give their office address, and they advised that there are no such tenants in that building known by this name.- Caller: Simply airtime

- Veesie replies to mark| 5 repliesHi Mark,
I've just seen your post and if you look at page 19 you'll see a couple of posts from me on the same company. I hope no money has passed hands in your case - I was very lucky - came THAT close but didn't give them any money or, equally important, send any documents. What were the names of your contacts? I had 2 - Mr Nice was the oh-so-friendly, trying to build a relationship Tony Harper and Mr Nasty (especially in the last conversation when he threatened legal action on me for reneging on a verbal contract) was Archie Campbell. I rang Action Fraud to enquire if they were on their lists and the chap heard my story then read back what he'd typed for me saying "You're reporting Simply Airtime for fraud ....." And I interrupted him saying I wasn't sure if it was fraud, I was just enquiring, and he said (a few times in the conversation) "Take it from me - they're Scammers". He said no genuine company would harass you with endless calls and lengthy - and quite bullying ones- in Archie Campbell's case certainly - when they finally got you. I thought - just like you - why are they spending so much time getting my £6k when they're a multi-million pound company? I suppose they only need to get one per day - 6k will pay for quite a few calls! I really hope they didn't get you. That was a good idea to get a resident in the same block. I said to Archie in one of long conversations - why didn't I meet him or Tony - I'd be happy to come along to their office. His reply was he was too busy to do business that way! He asked me why would the major banks do business with him if he scammed people out of their money? I couldn't and can't answer that one - but I'm glad I didn't give him mine! - andy replies to Veesie| 3 replieshi. reguarding simply airtime i have been contacted a few times by them. I cant seem to find anyone who has invested with them and not received their money. on the other hand i dont know of anyone who has invested and received their money. It is a bit of an anoyance as if it is a scam I would be off to london to rip their heads off but if its not a scam then it sounds good. Can anyone verify either way if they have dealt with simply airtime.
- Veesie replies to andyHi Andy,
Not much point in going to London to rip any heads off - they're not there! If you look at the post before mine he checked with someone in the same block who said there was no one of that name registered there. When I suggested to Archie that I come up to meet him, he was very evasive. Like you I haven't been able to find anyone who's had dealings with them, either positively or negatively, but Archie offered to put someone in touch - a client he said, called Robert Manning-Jones - who is mentioned on page 17 as someone to do with Simply Airtime. I think most of the evidence points to them being scammers. - previous investor replies to MxxxThis was an offer that I couldn't refuse even if I felt that it sounded a little dodgy because he had already paid up from the first trade.
I think you sid it your self. THey are all to good to be true. So leave well alone..

Then report it to http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ anyway.
Apart from that best let go of the money. You will never see it again. Sorry

- Veesie replies to sharon 545To: Sharon. I'm really sorry you lost your money - hope it wasn't too much. (In one of my conversations with Tony, the "nicer" one of the two, he said £6000 isn't that much! I said "it is, to me"!). Is your 28 days up?
To Previous Investor: thank you very much for the list of scam-detecting points you showed. I have made due note and will refer back to it if I ever get contacted again. Wish I'd seen it two weeks ago - would have saved me a few sleepless nights!
Best of luck to everyone - except the scammers of course! - Andy..not scammed replies to VeesieI also agreed for documents to be sent...couldnt get rid of them.....anyhow read this forum then told them "Its a no go",,I wont be investing...a guy called Henry Sterling..(mmmm aptly named !!).started to get nasty, said he has been fined £600 from his allocation manager for me dropping out....!!!
I must say thats a new one on me...I suggest he gets another job....Im expecting a further call from that Campbell guy...they do seem to be most persistant....The smae short shift will be handed out !! - Simply Airtime Fraud Victim replies to Previous Investor| 2 repliesIf anyone gets a call from Simply-Airtime, please be aware that it is a Ponzi scheme and that the people running it are in the process of exiting with a significant amount of investors' funds (probably in the £millions). Their registered office in London is actually not active (it's in a Regus office) and there is no one there. The names of the people appear to be aliases.
They are very slick and know a lot about air time, so have probably worked in the telecoms industry.
If they call, play along with them and get as much info as possible but do not send them any money - you will never see it again.
Also report to Action Fraud: http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ - Scam scam replies to Simply Airtime Fraud VictimThis company is in north cyprus same building as oxford sunergy its being run by a scottish guy called scott and a josh anderson works there too total scammer beware
- betico replies to Previous InvestorThanks Previous Investor. I got a call from simply airtime. The returns being offered were too good to be true. You've helped to affirm my suspicions.
- Isme replies to Simply Airtime Fraud VictimThank you for your advice. I was called today, from a with held number, always alerts me. Simply airtime, selling as others have said, £6000 units. I will string them as long as possible, for whilst they are targeting me, they are leaving others alone. It does amaze me that these people can con people who are the same age as their parents. I shall certainly keep talking to this guy until he realizes that I don't believe a word he has said. At that point, he will pass my contact details on to another dodgy company and it will all start again. I know, I really should get a life.
- Bob Due Dilligence| 1 replyYou'd have to be very stupid/misguided to give these people money.
Promising 25% profit every month.
Cold calling investments is a criminal offence in the UK.
They are NOT FCA registered. Because they are patholigical liars and con men.
These people will rob the elderly and vulnerable of their life savings.
Anyone who has had a call from them should report this to the FCA ie the Financial Conduct Authority.- Caller: Green Trade Manchester

- John replies to PhixxxHi. I'm in the same boat, unfortunately. Was promised last Monday 28th. to be the exit!
Would appreciate it if you could let me know how you chased them?
John. - John replies to andyI have!
SIMPLY AIRTIME
I was told that the exit date for my investment was Monday last - 28t. of Oct but any contact I make - I get an email from COMPANY CHECK LTD. This has me worried as I'm dew a return on my investment.
Anyone know anything more?? - Worf replies to andyHello All,
I have numerous calls from Simply Airtime and the whole product sounded realistic. I ended up investing £6k. Since my investment, I have not had a response back.
I have contacted both my bank and the Fraudsters bank. The money was taken out at the far end within an hour! I have contacted Action Fraud, who I believe then contact NFIB, who are linked to London Police? All other people i have spoken to, who have lost much much more than my investment, have not heard anthing from Action Fraud, NFIB, London Police! Anyone any suggestions please. - Mxxx replies to Previous Investor| 7 repliesWhat about the fraudsters from s&e future investments who,s website has just gone down, yet they have two new company directors how does that work. Simply airtimes also contacted me and when I mentioned that I was ripped off and that there was a connection with s&e future investments they cut me off and failed to repond after giving me an email address for me to send them the information I had on the fraud that took place. The names that keep appearing at companies house seems to be the easiest thing to be done without no questions being asked when they all use the same address without leaving any contact details. Companies house appears to be a joke. They survive by the money they collect for the information they store that you pay to receive which leads to noware. Everyone seems to be on the make even the so called goodguys. Where do all these people come from. Coruption seems to breed coruption. The whole world is [***].
