Only since they begun trading i have not seen any complaints relating to having been ripped off?

I'd be very keen to see it. I mean i don't want to be wasting my time making 18% a month!!

Good luck to all those who have made these exceptional returns in just a few weeks.  I wish them well.

Personally, I stick to the 'boring' old 5% to 7% dividend paying FTSE 100/250 Companies and buy them when they're 'cheap' (at previous lows) and sell them when they're 'expensive' (at previous highs).  Whilst I'm holding them (sometimes for 2 or 3 years) they're paying me income.

It works quite well and I have full control over the investment - at the click of a button.  Plus, the Companies are all 'solid' with good balance sheets.

Can't get my head around the carbon credit market (rule 1: never invest in anything you don't understand) and additionally, it means giving someone else control of my money!  

But to re-affirm........... good luck to those who are happy in this market.

Legitimate companies do not harass people in this way. I feel strongly that anyone who makes ten unsolicited calls a day to the same number is not to be trusted.

Brian , Given the web site has only been around in the last three months. I assume you met with them face to face prior to dealing? Or did you invest based on a phone call and email interaction only?

I have just been targeted by these people but as I have already been scammed with carbon credit trading by Vero Energy Limited I can assure people that this is a no go area. YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY.

This Lucas Goodchild is obviously false I mean i look if he was head of trading surely there would be a linkedin profile with obvious connections complete scam so obvious.

THIS IS IMPORTANT .
IF YOU ARE TRADING WITH OXFORD SUNERGY BE VERY CAUTIOUS.

I ceased trading with this company for very good reasons.
We visited their office prior to investing on a subsequent trade.

When we got to their we found: -
     - No company name sign on either of the two buildings that make up the Quorum or within the main reception controlled by Regus building 7200
     - Regus site manager for the Quorum stated that Oxford-Sunergy were expected to have moved in a few months ago but had not done so and currently had no agreed contract with them. I understand that they have one person there now but they have never returned my calls.
     - Despite Oxford-Sunergy claiming to be at the site. they would not see me, stating company policy as the reason!!. Nor would any other company representative come to meet me to take the post. (Where they really located there given the feedback from the site manager and receptionist present in the building they claim to be physically based at!!)

Other aspects of concern
       - They had no response to provide for the recent FSA announcement on carbon fraud http://www.fsa.gov.uk/consumerinformation/sca ... s/carbon_credit

      - I was only ever able to talk with the assigned dealer, he also dealt with all question personally rather than using other departments, I.E legal

      - Payments to Oxford-sunergy have been requested to go into different UK bank accounts! Barclays or Halifax. why is not clear.

     - Payments from Oxford-Sunergy came from SPAKEASYI INVESTMENT. I was unable to track down any information on them.

    - Details regarding how I'd prove ownership of purchased credits, should they dissolve, were poor. I.E contact the project owner via the VCS registry. No certificates or unique credit reference numbers were provided.

    - Calls to their main number 01865920476 typically went through to answering machine. This recording was not professional in the least. (you have got through to extention number ... )

   - I was unable to find any internet profile from any of the names I've obtained from them via internet linkedin, articles  etc.

    - Their online customer portal doesn't allow you to change the password

I'm not saying this company is fraudulent as i have not been a victim of fraud. And there is information to suggest their authenticity. E.G :
     - They are registered with company house.
     - The original director Richard Peter Jobling (director ID 915427683) is associated with some 400 other companies!  I have found no complaints to date regarding him.

- They have performed trades and either met or exceeded expectations in accordance with their word.  

As a result of the above (mainly conflicting information regarding physical locality i was unable to progress with the next investment.

I have now obtain all invested money after several fraught calls and days of delay passed promised dates.

Can you elaborate on how you were scammed? I assume you have not had your money returned and have created this website your self?

trade 1 went well - all paid up in 9 days - 18%
trade 2 is a different matter - inaccurate paperwork, delays upon delays, excuses upon excuses and currently no money has been returned.

We have been given both numbers.
I was told that the 0477 number was the direct line to Christopher James - never heard of Lucas Goodchild.
Currently it seems to be the direct line to nowhere and nobody! Chris hasn't picked up on it for 5 days now.

We also have had no emails answered - and out money for trade 2 hasn't yet materialised.

Would like some tips on how to get money back as we are in similar position.
With nobody answering our calls, responding to messages or replying to emails we aren't sure what to do next.
Considering contacting media tomorrow if we haven't heard from them by close of play today - we have left messages to this effect for them - still no response.

It appeared to be legit at first - but as they are refusing to communicate and still have our money I am reluctantly forced to consider that it is looking like a scam.
