- KevGThese people are a nuisance. They have been calling me constantly. I have requested they remove my contact details from their database but they still call me. This indicates to me that it is a scam. My advice is avoid doing business with them.
- Caller: Oxford sunergy
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Gary| 2 repliesI have just traded with them and made 18% in 8 days. The question is should i trade more money they are now looking for 4 times the amount?
- Gary replies to GaryWell i've made a trade for twice the previous amount. Lets see how it goes.
I see no reason to doubt this company based on the performance to date and the professional approach i received. will keep all updated. Happy trading. - AlexI got a call off Henry Gold from Sunergy. The product did seem somewhat interesting but he was so arrogant and aggressive on the phone I didn't really want to speak to him much more. If anyone is receiving calls on their mobile then there are apps that you can use to blacklist numbers. I've done that and now I'm not bothered by them anymore
- Caller: Sunergy
- nick| 1 replyThis guy is nothing less than a annoying pest! He call my damn phone every day asking for me to invest in cardon credits from his company, oxford sunergy. If this product is so damn good why the hell is he so despirate to get people on board???
- hib replies to Annano!!!!!
- AJAYJust had an unsolicited call from this number. Same thing of plenty of noise in the background. Asked for the owner by name and was told they would call back. To the poster who says that he is making money, be careful. Many pyramid schemes work in exactly this way, to give you confidence they pay well and promptly, until the money runs out.

- Bob replies to Anna| 3 repliesDont answer as its a scam about carbon credits
- Bob replies to jenny| 4 repliesThis is a company called Oxford Sunenergy. I contacted the FSA about them and this is their reponse;
"I understand that you are contacting the Financial Services Authority (FSA) regarding repeated calls that you are receiving from a company called Oxford Sunenergy, who want you to invest in carbon credits.
From my search of the Register I can confirm that Oxford Sunenergy is not authorised or regulated by the FSA. The implications of dealing with an unauthorised firm are that you would not have access to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) or the Financial Ombudsman Service (the Ombudsman) should anything go wrong.
I would suggest that as you are feeling harassed by these continued calls you should contact your telephone provider to make them aware of this situation. Harassment is a criminal offence so I would suggest that if these calls continue to cause you distress you should contact your local police.
Thank you again for taking the time to contact us. I would like to reiterate that Oxford Sunenergy is not an FSA regulated firm and any dealings you have with them may result in you becoming a victim of fraud.
I trust the information I have provided you with has been helpful, however, if you have any future questions on financial services and products, you may find it easier to call our Consumer Helpline on 0845 606 1234 (call rates may vary). You can also access relevant information online at www.fsa.gov.uk/pages/consumerinformation and via the Money Advice Service www.moneyadviceservice.org.uk/." - Bob replies to Alan WesternAlan please see my response to Anna below as it is advice I received from the FSA about these guys

- rich| 70 repliesso far my experience has been very good with oxford, on my first investment i saw 13% and then 18% on my second i am currently on my 4th investment with them so far and i am extremly happy with the service and returns i am seeing,
- Caller: oxford sunergy
- Gary replies to Bob| 3 repliesWho says they have to be registered with the FSA to be a legitimate company?!?
Many trading companies are not registered, does not mean they are fraudulent, it simply means that your money is not secured via the FSA scheme, which is being abolished at the end of the year , due to it getting us in the financial mess we are currently in!!
Also these carbon credits are not regulated at present as the legislation has not been passed yet.
Oxford trading is regulated by the EUETS see Wiki http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Union_Emission_Trading_Scheme
FYI my second trade completed today with 18% return. How long do you foresee them continuing to pay me before taking my money, when frankly they do not know if will continue to reinvest , nor how much i have to invest? - Nan replies to richI am sure you can explain to me how you are on your 4th Investment with company which has only been registered since 12th June. Do you only have to invest for 15 days to see a return?
- Nan replies to Gary| 1 replyIt all sounds very good but have you ever heard the phrase "Robbing Peter to Pay Paul". In this case, using the money from new investors to keep old investors sweet. I would have thought that using a non registered company would be risky as there is nowhere to turn if you get ripped off. There has been quite a lot of publicity recently regarding Carbon Credits and a lot of warnings that this is the "next big thing" now that the land banking bubble has burst. This could be a really good investment but there seem to be a lot of unanswered questions and I would be very wary of risking more than I could afford to lose.
