Do you know how the trial is going?

I testified in court a couple of weeks back.
Just 6 defendants in the doc but with 7 advocates to represent them.
After my testimony all 7 had no questions for me.
Should be a right push up when they move to defence.

How much money did they end up scamming?how many years are they all looking at?

Ian Michael Heed – Found Guilty on both counts of Money Laundering.

Andrew Salvage– Found Guilty on both counts of Money Laundering.

Darren McDade – Found Guilty on both counts of Money Laundering.

Sam Maude – Plead Guilty to three Counts of Money Laundering at the beginning of the trial.

Adam Brett – Found Guilty of 1 offence of Money Laundering / Not Guilty on the other offence of Money Laundering.

Sebastian Duxbury – Found Not Guilty on both counts of Money Laundering.

Heed / Salvage and McDade were immediately remanded in to the custody of the Prison Service by the Judge, pending the sentencing hearing of 18th March 2016.

Both Maude and Brett were granted court bail, pending the sentencing hearing of 18th March 2016.
