- R.ParkerI use Orange, and if I recieve another call from this number I will change to another company.
If Orange cannot stop this number they will lose a customer. - IncensedHaving read the comments above, don't know where this lot have got my number,
But now having had 3 silent calls in the last 3 hours.
They better stay silent. - BillHCaller said he was from Santander - did I receive a letter offering home sevices for £1 for the first three months - I said that I may have but did nothing about it - The caller then asked me to confirm the first line of my address and post code so that they could confirm that they were talking to the right person - I refused to give them my address - I said that they phoned me and so they should know whom they are phoneing - The caller then thanked me and called off.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- annie replies to ChrisI had exactly the same thing today, except I refused to give any address details and told them (truthfully) that I don't have a Santander mortgage. They went away.
- JackThey Always say that they are calling on behalf of United Utilities but some of them are rood thing to sell Drains and water pipes Insurance so as soon as they say who they who I just say I am not interested good by and put the phone down.
But you should check your insurance with most companies they have that cover in.- Caller: Homeserve
- CarolineThis is Homeserve
- VillageIdiotI have had 7 calls from this number within the space of about 4 days on my mobile, usually around 6.30pm. I've not bothered answering and now they have started phoning at a different time to see if I'll answer. Er, surely they've got the hint by now! Think they might be Homeserve as I did need to contact my water provider recently.....
- LucyIThis number called me today... never been with homeserve, never heard of them. I also had a call from 08000524264 which was from admiral. I believe i have these calls because my boyfriend was searching for car insurance the other day on confused.com and used my mobile number as they said they would text him the cheapest quote. I got the text about his cheapest quote and ever since i've been having calls from admiral and now this number.
- Kim CustyDon't know who they are or what thay want but they keep calling.
- Caller: Home Serve
- CarolineI am getting two or three silent calls per evening from this number. I have now registered with Silentcallguard and will see if they stop but I am getting extremely irritated by my privacy being intruded on in this way.
- eggmcmuffin| 1 replysaid they were ringing from santander, asked for 1st line of address before they went any further. they were told they weren't getting it and continued to say how they understood how i didn't want to give personal details over the phone. i told them they were right in thinking that and bid them goodnight.
next time i am going to give them a false address to see what they say and to see if they actually have my real address in front of them.- Caller: Santander
- Ed Hudson replies to eggmcmuffinI have constantly got calls from HOMESERVE, so i rang the Number back and just gave me a message saying they would call later.
So i spoke to O2 and they couldn't do anything, so i rang Customer Service line for Homeserve, 0800247999 <<< go through the options to speak to someone about any other enquiries.....
He said:
Home Serve: "It is our Outbound Team down stairs thats probably trying to ring you"
Me: "is it 01922 420057?"
Home Serve: "yep thats the number"
So i gave him my number to take off the dialler that they have downstairs, now i am not having any calls from HOMESERVE!
Problem Solved!!!!!!! - DonnaI amnswered and got a recorded message saying they tried to call do not be alarmed by this message - i also think i lost a pound credit off my mobile but not 100% sure but am pretty certian my credit was higher before they called

- Lyndylou22This number has called twice already, really annoying as I'm part of BT Preferred Caller List and they should not have my number on their lists at all. Will be reporting this company to BT as they need to be told not to harrass people.
- Caller: Homeserve

- Emma courtmanAsking for my husband yet on my mobile number, when I have told them I'm not interested they where rude and abusive, then decides to ring again and thus time it's an automated message!

- lucyI'm off work today and beginning to wish I wasthere! Have had 4 calls today so far from this number. Each time I get to the handset it stops ringing (after only 2-4 rings). Very annoying. If they ring again and I actually manage to get to the phone in time I will take pleasure in telling them to get lost.
- Fed up with marketting companiesWhen marketting companies offer to pay for my phone, then they can flood me with information. Until then, they can just f------ off.
