He keeps calling me hes a total pain in the neck.god dont they get the message that we arent interested.

Today (14th Septmeber) I was contacted by telephone by a man claiming to be "Bittle" of Moneyexpert. He said that he was conducting a survey on behalf of "Your Government". He said that he needed to know how much unconsolidated debt i had as he could arrange for it to be wiped. I advised that I was not interested but he continued to talk - overtalking me by saying that I was entitled to join a scheme and that it was something that was arranged by the Government.

I asked how he had my details (he had my name) as the telephone number is and always has been ex directory and I am on the telephone preference scheme, he said that he had me in his marketing database and that i was "entitiled". I again advised that I was not interested and teat he or his company were acting contrary to UK legislation. He said that I need only tell him if my debts were 5k, 10k, 15k, etc.

I advised that I would not tell him anything but he persisted. I then told him hat he was being very rude and that I wanted to speak to a senior manager from his organisation. He said "okay" but then he ended the call.

My wife had a call from this same organisation last week and advised we were not interested.

The call was from 02030043198

I have complained tps and ico as I want to ascertain what I can do to prevent further contact from this operation, establish how they got my details and what information they hold about me. I believe that their call today contravenes the Data Protection Act

These clowns are at it again today - can nothing be done about this?

Had call from 02030043198 09.30hrs - I missed call but looked up number on your website - good thing I did - I think this the same number that gave me hassle some time ago and I could not understand anything the caller was saying!!

These numpties have been calling me daily for weeks from 02030043198.  They use automatic dialliers so you get the silent call scenario when they dont have a staff member free to speak to you if you do answer.  I have tried to get their company details over the phone but it's difficult when their staff have a very limited English vocabulary. I have filled out the Offcom enquiry posted earlier in this thread.  I just hope something can be done about these idiots who clearly dont care when you ask them to remove your details from their database as they just keep calling. This morning I told the guy on the phone that I would "love to take their product if he could just hang on a few minutes".  I sat the phone down and went and made my breakfast - I wonder how long he waited heehee.

I just found your website after getting a call from these clowns.  The Indian gentleman (?) who spoke to me insisted he wasn't part of any loan company.  Right, like I believe that.  He claimed that the government was prepared to assist writing off any outstanding debt I or my friend might have.  I suspect that if I'd allowed the conversation to go on, he would have asked for bank details or similar - and that would be the start of another scam.
These goons need stopping by some official body.  Has anyone contacted the police about nuisance calls?  I guess if they ring again, I'll tell them I'm forwarding the call to our local police and see if they hang up!

An Asian sounding man phoned me, he said he was from Money Manager. He said he was calling about a government service, IRS and all he wanted to know was how much unsecured debt I was in. So I gave him a false figure off the top of my head and all he said was thanks and put the phone down. I tried phoning but the number was not recognised.

Well 2 of these attempted calls today despite being registered with the TPS. Looks like another complaint form to be filled in about these unwanted, unecessary calls which waste everyone's time.

I keep geting calls from this number and when I try to ring back I just get that odd noise from Bt

We have received a number of calls from the company showing up on CLI as "02030043198"

A simple "Call Back" on that number produces "Number has not been recognised", a clear contravention of the "Presentation Number" system.

This seems to be a deliberate mis-use of the PN to by-pass the "Anonymous Call Reject" that we have in operation.

Additionally, we are registered with the "Telephone Preference Service".

So that "02030043198" company is clearly contravening various legal requirements.

I have Colon Cancer; and we instituted the various protections to minmise the amount of disturbance by unwanted "cold calling"; but it seems that companies are allowed to act completely against our reasonable and legimate requests.

Judging by the other comments on "whocallsme.com" regarding this "02030043198" company, it seems that OFCOM is not pursuing them vigorously enough to have such mis-use and abuse stopped.

Have been receiving calls from this number for 2 days now... just had 3 in 10 mins.  Finally got a voice on the end of the phone and really gave the indian lady on the end of the phone what's for... she had the cheek to say that she hasn't been calling me before.

We're registered on TPS but still these goons are getting through... somebody has got to stop them!!!!

I had a call from this number today (second time in a few weeks, I think)on my landline. I have an ex-directory number.  Tried to answer the call but got silence - as others have said, if you try to call back, the number is unobtainable.

I just answered a call from this number.  Spoke to a guy with an "Indian Call-Centre" accent. He first tried to establish who I was then began reeling off some spiel about clearing loans. Told him I was signed up with TPS and that I don't take unsolicited calls. Surprisingly he gave up pretty quickly and apologised for calling.

received call from this number at 07.29 pm today. Didn't say from 3c but started waffling on about could get a "Government Grant" to pay off unsecured debts. Told the Indian sounding guy by name of "Roger" that I was noit interested. Asked how much was what he was selling going to cost me? Free Government Grant. Told him again not interested!

Called this evening at 2015 sayingthat he wanted to tell me about a government sponsored scheme called IVA.  Got very defernsive when I asked where he had got my ex directory and TPS listed number - eventually said it was agovernment database!  Will be reported....

Indian gentleman called tonight said he could wipe out any unsecured debts - I asked what sort of debts - he said credit cards - bank overdrafts - I said I had none and he hastily put the reciever down - He said his company was called GARMENT.

I keep getting calls from 02030043198 which are going to my answerphone but no messages are left.  When I was actually answered it the person on the other end spoke with an indian accent and started talking about a government scheme called IVA and some other stuff.  I told him I wasn't interested but he didn't seem to understand.  I kept insisting I wasn't interested and just said goodbye and put the phone down.  He obviously didn't get the message because they still keep calling.  Like many others I am ex-directory and registered with the TPS and would like to know where they got my phone number from.  I will be making a complaint about them although it seems that lots of other people have also complained but nothing has been done.
