It is a scam.

The invoices they email contain no company number or proper registered address data as required by UK law. The invoices charge "taxes" when there is no VAT number listed. There are numerous other errors which will lead HMRC to be very interested, and trading standards.. And .. And...  Give up now guys!!

had exactly same thing but phone number 02030262671. they said no charge for a small virus but if they find adware or trojan woulld be £80- £100 i told him i had 2 anti virus & adware, he said i wouldn`t be able to find it because it was in internet explorer in the back end of my pc. how did he know that if i didn`t give him access, [***].

Received a scam call from OnlinePCGenius Telephone 0203 0262671 who claim their office is in Kensington High Street!

I received several calls from this company.  The first time the caller (male with an indian/pakistani accent) professed to be from Microsoft, and that they had discovered errors on my PC.  They wanted remote access and asked me go to ammyy.com and allow access.  After I failed to do this they wanted me to install crossloop.  They even called back later when I cut the call claiming I had to go out.  I called my son (an IT engineer who actually set up the computer) and told him.  As he said, no one from a valid company will ever call you and tell you that you have errors on your PC - your PC will tell you this and _you_ should initiate any calls (Dell or HP never call to tell you they've discovered an issue on your PC!)

I too had a call from this PC Genius for Microsoft claiming to be based in 249 Kensington High Street, London W.  I was led to believe they had been receiving bad errors and had to delete all files, Unfortunately I got talked into (a load fabble) about how 2 programs would remedy the problems, these being PC Washer, and Microsoft Security Essentials cost £75.00 each plus Vat/or charge (£8.90) a One off payment, would last a lifetime, instead of buying yearly security data protection disks. to be installed on my Computer - They took necessary details and used Western Union for Transaction to India - (although supposed to be an American Co) I seem to be lost how to retrieve/Cancel this order. Western Union said it was too late to cancel as the money had already transferred.  Any ideas as to how I can remedy this and get a refund!!!!!   They totally wiped everything off my Computer.

I am not sure about "i fix pc" I couldn't access my yahoo calendar it is either extremely slow or I can't get into it. They worked on my laptop cost me $299.00 and the calendar worked immediately after the fix. The next day I couldn't get back in what did I get for my money. They might be legitimate but they haven't fixed my machine today.
