Unsolicited call from 0203817446 could not understand what the man was saying but it involved me giving them money. I gave no information to them . We are on T P S.

Silent call - suspect this is the same one (company) that tried to tell my husband that we were getting nuisance calls - when he said the only one was from them she hung up.

Claimed to be from "Appliance Cover".  Indian call centre, called himself "John".  Trying to sell me cover for my washing machine - which I have never bought.  What worries me is that this is the first time one of these call centres has used my proper name and full address (always had the wrong details before).  I've had the same sounding bloke calling last week, but at least he didn't have the right details.  I now consider this harrasment by them.

I have just received a call from this number from an Asian man calling himself Simon.It was about the warranty on my washing machine that he was offering to reduce from £9 something a month to £6 something.I said that I didn't have warranty on my washing machine-bought second hand off ebay,but he was very insistent that I did.I asked him where the money was coming from to pay for the alleged warranty and he wouldn't answer the question and eventually gave up.

Just had a call from this number trying to sell me reduced insurance on electrical goods.  Said he was from Homeworld Insurance.

Called by 0203817446. Total silence at the callers end. Everyone knows--see below--that this (alleged) number is an extremely active nuisance caller. What is Ofcom or any other authority doing to kill it off? And if nothing--as I suppose, from past experience-- why nothing?. The number is presumably a fake--it's too short to be the London number it looks like. But surely its output can be traced?

For the record,  0203-817-4460 is Lambeth Council Housing Dept, so are -4461 and -4462. I don't think Lambeth can have anything to do with these nuisance calls.
