Over the past 3-4 days they've been calling me twice a day from 02070985550... I picked up the first time and when it sounded fishy (saying I was owed insurance money and they could get it back)... I ended the call.  Since then they've been calling but leaving no voicemail.

They just rang me yet again. I sighed and asked why they are ringing me after I have told them to stop calling me again and again. The idiot woman said she could not stop calling me unless I give them some details about any bank loans I have!

Please someone stop these criminal f*cks before I get a train ticket to their central office and start explaining my frustrations to them in person.

If you can confirm any genuine numbers of their staff I will harass them to death.

I have been getting calls from this number fr a good month and sometimes ring about 10 times a day! have answered one call, as didnt know who it was, and there was no one there. I have tried to call back and once got a recorded message and then just now and they kept hanging up.

Extremely annoying as they dont give up!! How can we report these people to get the to stop!!!???

They call.

I tell them I am not interested.

They call again. Again... Again...

Started just answering the call and not speaking myself - they still have not got it!

Stupid or persistant - cant work out which!

Please could you amend your post please?  The first number you have quoted ending in 942 is the mobile number of a Partner called Paul Bell from a Law Firm in Newcastle(Crutes Law Firm - www.crutes.co.uk).  Paul is in no way associated with any of these claims advisory groups and has been a victim of one of these calls himself.

They called my phone number even though I have all my numbers registered with the "TPS - Telephone Preference Service"

They are trying to Sell Their Service which is targeted at "mis-sold" Bank Loan Insurance.

Clearly they have no Regard for TPS, and they had my name, and mobile number apparently aquired from the National Consumer Database (so they say).

I keep getting calls from this number and as other people have said, no message left. I have not rang them back as I am just assuming that they are trying to sell me something!

Had several calls recently since i got my number number at the end of march. I am never available when they ring but i rang them back today and a man answered and i asked what the calls were for. He told me i could be entilted to £1,000 cash for something (not quite sure what he told me if was for) i then told him i didnt want to recieve anymore calls from them and he said he would put on their system 'please do not call'

i keep getting them, infact for around three days now
I answered numerous times and they do not speak. I called them back and they are from claims direct - what a load of rubbish - they reeled of some rubbish about how they can help me claim but wanted some card details first - sounds like a scam to me! I suggest you ignore them and dont call them

Receiving up to 4 calls per day from this company.  Have asked repeatedly to be taken off their list and obviously they do not understand English.  When you phone the number back the call is cut off.

These clowns are currently trying to contact me still, after 2 days and the threat of legal action.

I have just read all these messages and as i have had so many calls off this number wondered how i could get them back, well with the iPhone you can do a conference call....its quite funny when you ring the number and then add the number again and listen to the two agents talking to each other haha

Now called Claims Group Direct, based in Manchester - 016 1921 9877 (which explains the rather odd London 0207, but then ther unknown 098 prefix. Say they can get you financial rebates from your bank ....for a Great Coct - there are better ways of doing this. Avoid them

This number constantly keeps ringing my mobile.  It started off about 4/5 times a day.
However today I think thay have rung me about 4 times in the space of half an hour.
I've rung it back numerous times to either get a recorded message or it just keeps ringing.
I have even sent several text messages to ask them to stop ringing and disturbing me, but still they ring.
It's beginning to do my head in some what now!!!!!!

6 calls in 1 hour today,called them back and spoke to"Mark"(foreign accent).Explained,with expletives,in no uncertain terms to stop bothering me or I would be contacting the police....seems to have worked so far  ;-}

just recieved call from them. was female voice who asked for me directly,so i asked who it was and they hung up......saves me the hastle of hanging up on them. My future plan is to start conversation with them in way they want, then very quickly into convo i gonna say hang on someone at my door.........be right back.......put phone down and leve them to listen to my tv
Obviously a scamer so why not raise their phone bill and hopefully that will put one of these scams out of buisness

I've just been reading some of the comments about this number.

Last week,I got 9 missed calls from this number in one day.

I reported it to my mobile phone company and even considered changing my number!
Luckily I was due for an upgrade and was told that SAMSUNG is the only handset that allows you to block numbers. I'm not sure if all Sansung models have that feature.
Shame that none of the others do.

I thought it was fine until I started getting calls on my landline!
I got a phone call at 1.50am.
I do not understand why they persist in calling when hardly anyone seems to answer??

I got intouch with BT and they've got a service which allows you to block calls.

It's utterly ridiculous having to do this...
