Suddenly starting getting calls from this number to my mobile - always after 5pm ... the 1st time I didn't answer and when I try to ring back I always get 'Network Busy' ... don't even bother answering now but its getting a bit annoying!!!

omg so pissed of with this bloody company phoning me 4 times a day then hanging really gettin annoyed

i am getting fed up now with this number
for the last 3 months they have been ringing me up to 9 times a day
half the time they dont speak and hang up on me
i have spoke to them 5 times and have asked them not to phone me again and they said they will remove my number from there list and they still keep phoning me
i have contacted the police and my orange network and theres nothing they can do

ffs they have just phoned again

Thier supervisors office number is 08456435370 steve  , call him and keep hanging up on him, see how they like it ,they also call themselves halls, must have loads of companies in one office

They call themseves, cash back, halls ,sell sky tv, northern vision etc etc. number direct is 08456435370 bunch of conmen , lets all bombard this number and get our own back

$%&*!!!!   Phoned them again today and once again requested they remove my number.  Make sure you ask to speak to a manager otherwise they seem to ignore your request.  Hopefully it'll work this time.

Wonder if I can put their main switchboard number on an autodialer? See how they like it :)

Still receiving calls!!!!  This is despite 2 phone calls telling them to stop.

Officially, if they don't stop Ofcom should deal with any complaints... my own tip is save the number on your phone as "SPAM", and when they call again, just answer the call, don't talk, leave the phone on and let them pay for the call.  See if they get fed up with that.

These people having been calling me 4 times a day for several months now.

I never get it out my bag/pocket in time to answer and after reading these comments I will not be bothered in future.

They still won't stop ringing.

OfCom are a waste of time with this type of nusiance call, as are TPS.  OfCom refer you to TPS, and TPS aren't interested in calls where they just hang up on you.  As far a Govt. are concerned, not their problem.

Claims Advisory Group Ltd obviously know this, that they are operating within the fringes of the law.  Since they are prepared to act in this way, makes you question their normal business ethics.  Although based on Derry Kenneally's business history, that kind of goes without saying.

That said, he's got an Aston Martin DBS & a Range rover sport on the drive of his £2.5m home, so he's obviously not learning his lesson :(  Makes you sick!!

This 02070985550 number has harrassed me over the last 3 months.  They call me atleast 4 times during the day (as a night worker I sleep during the day) and then they call me 2 - 3 times early evening up until 8.30pm.  I asked the speak to a manager after becoming infuriated by disturbed sleep.  Spoke with a Tricia Daniels who assured me my number would be removed from the dialler.  Two days passed and no phone calls.  Then it started again same as previous.  Again asked to speak to manager.  Was passed through to 'Tricia' who explained she was extremely sorry and would remove my number.  No phone calls for a over a week.  Then lo and behold it has started again this week.  I asked again for a manager and became a 'nightmare customer' and spoke to 'Tricia'.  I doubt these are the same people, but as they are foreign it is difficult to tell due to the accent.  I was again assured my number would be taken from the dialler.  I told her that I had been promised this on two occasions.  She gave me her 100% guarantee and even offered me a direct line and told me I'd receive no more calls.  Guess what?  They have called me twice today so I called the direct line - 0161 216 8049 where I spoke to a Chris who explained he has never heard of Tricia Daniels, that they must be a 'satellite call centre' and that he only deals with compensation claims to customers.  He got rather arsy with me, very arrogant and said he could do nothing.  I told him I was going to speak to the Police with regard to harrassment where he promptly told me the Police wouldn't want to know.  I am seeking advice now from Citizens Advice Group to see what can be done about it.  I will post further to let you all know.

Thanks julie, just got the same number calling me for the first time ever, someone named mike, wanted to give me a £5,000 refund, straight away i was like "urm no thanks." and hung up. i hope this isnt the 1st of what you had for 3 months!!

These Fing idiots keep ringing me again and again its driving me mad. Always say they will stop ringing me then do it again. They also must have obtained my number illegally as I ALWAYS opt out of communication. I suspect that uswitch illegally sold my details as this stupid company first started ringing immediately after I signed up.

Managed to get my number off their list after several calls and emails.

Email info@claimsadvisorygroup.co.uk and quote 'Section 43 - Malicious Communications Act'.
By continually harrasing you Claims Advisory Group Ltd are commiting an offence under the above law, and as such the Police would be able to assist if you really needed them to.

I've not needed to go that far, although it was mentioned.  Also you ensure they remove your number completely from their database, and ask for an email confirming this has been done.  They marked my number as DNC (Do not contact) but I still received calls, so it is important they remove your number completely.

If calls continue, ask to speak to Gary Nixon (Head of Sales)
