I know these guys and they really are the scum of the earth. They have taken money from close family members of mine, and I have found out way more about them if anyone needs help!

Yes, we £10k back after getting a lawyer involved, we also took the first two cases of wine that we couldnt get the money refunded on put into our own account to try and sell ( they are worth about a 5th of what they sild to my dad for )  hope everyone else gets help

I have been done by this shower. I suggest we get a solicitor, preferably on a no win no fee basis, and do a class action. There must be hundreds of people in the same position. I was speaking to someone who said that although they have limited company assets, they all have houses and cars that we can go after if we sue them.

Suck all your mums! if you purchase an investment and it does not go well why does it automatically mean fraud. Investments are not always guaranteed. Everyone wants to win but nobody wants to accept you can also lose in financial investments.

Has anyone got any updates on this company? My brother has recently lost 4,000 through this company. He says to me he can't even remember the phone call as he has a mental condition. I too was silly enough to have been conned by these tricksters and like you have reported them to the police who are currently investigating, I would be interested to hear the outcome of the investigation they made on your reports?
