Smita and Hansa, the worst of all. These two ladies have always plotted against non-gujraati staff members and never let anyone stuck around in there green street branch for more than 3 months.

I repeatedly warned various area managers about there expected outcome whenever each of them trird to impress the Grovits or thought of bringing in new ideas. During my 2 years with Cash22 I saw a lot happening day in and out, yet I kept quite due to some financial difficulties and as soon as circumstances improved I handed in my notice and left within a week.

I had to act very smartly because everyone I came across in 2 years have been clever and unfair.

I dont feel sorry for all those who showed allegiance to Cash23 and later got sacked on unfair basis.

In fact the worse was Fardous, a thief and liar. He used to skim money from a number of branches and get his mates (and people that didn't even exist) to pawn fake gold and give them 22ct prices. Head office eventually found out and showed him out the door. I hear he works for a bookie now, they better watch out for this habit of his!

In fact Smita is the worst, all she does is orders her staff. She can be very rude to her staff make them work hard while she just relaxes. When the head offices tells her to do some important work all she does is moans. I don't understand the reason behind that. Infact she is a manager so she should not over react about the work load. That's why managers are paid for. I think she should change her attitude that's all I would say.

I always refuse to answer questions that is none of a cold callers business. One of the first is "Do you own your own house"? When I refuse to answer as that it is not something I wish to disclose they usually end the call and don't call back.
