I work for these guys, and I am actually disgusted with the ethics. I've been here a week and I intend to walk out in the next 30 mins. I actually feel bad as I am a good salesman (and an honest one) and have 'sold' to quite a few people. :/

my daughter had a photoshoot with this wasters in aug, paid half then the rest on card over two months have been chasing them for weeks for the photos but nothing has come!! they tell me all sorts of lies and say the pics have been sent bla bla bla, have threatened trading standards etc but I don't think they are bothered tbh! whilst we were there the owner turned up in a brand new Maserati.... shows u how much they were scamming ppl he looked a right d**k too. Have been onto my bank to make sure no further payments are taken and they have done a form for me to try and get my money back (im not hopeful tho) going to ring the lady at trading standards westminster tomorrow (her number is a page back) these ppl cannot get away with this!! my bf is going down there and will refuse to move until we get either the pics or our money back!! put it this way hes not one to mess round..lol. DONT PART WITH ANY MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS,

Hi my daughter had a photo shoot at 67a great titchfield street  on wednesday 14th october,also was a bit suspicious ,but my daughter was made to feel like a model on day,deceided to go with the gold package and man said he would do a deal,package was going to cost £1500 but would do for £900 pay a deposit of £250,along with the first £50 deposit took to book the photo shoot.Then a 4 monthly payments of £150 from card (which have now been cancelled).After reading reviews looking to get my money refunded from trading standards..Company did advertise on facebook and website using at moment is thefashionroom.biz .My daughter applied for this 10 days and was pushed into making a booking for this,how many other people since then have been taken in by this.On day when my daughter had photo shoot place was busy and 6 other people whilst we were there,so this place can take serious amonunt of money before being found out.If you have been contacted from this firm and been given fashion room fashionroom and used website thefashionroom.biz please give a wide birth as if I had read reviews before hand I would have done.But as they keep changing name thay keep on taking money from people,as I couldnt find any reviews on thefashionroom.biz

Hi how did you manage to get money back,have spoken to this Samantha,and she said she couldnt help,as we are not from London,and would need to speak to our local trading standards,and have spoken to them and they said they cannot open case as company hasnt breached contract yet

Hi. I had a photoshoot on 14/10 also and in the end lost 600£ :( Did you managed to get money back or do something about it? ;(
I send them a letter asking nicely to cancel my contract and like by law there should be 14day cancellation (I know one of the papers said when you leave this premises you can't cancel anything)  probably they will not even read my letter But let's see.

My wife paid £100 after my excited daughter was contacted confirming a photo shoot back in August. 12 hours later (once I'd searched on line) we cancelled and were promised a refund. Six weeks and dozens of phone calls later and we've received nothing. It's nothing like what some of you have lost but my blood is boiling. Keep getting fobbed off and passed to senior staff (most of them called Jack!). I know from this site that they have offices in two streets in London. Who would be willing to meet up and go to both en-mass to demand refunds? These charlatans ruin people's lives. I've told them I'm coming for them.
