Hi no havnt got any money back yet :( been told the 14 day cancellation dosnt apply if you signed documents on premises,only if you agreed away from premises.Also spoken to trading standards and as they havnt broken the contract they are unable to investigate.I have emailed a complaint to the bbc watchdog and I think if the more people do this they might might investigate and force the company out of business,as have looked at getting a refund through your credit card/bank if paid via this,as there is a thing called a "chargeback" what you can do with your bank.But one of the rules is the company dosnt fulfill  the contract because they have gone out of business and you have up to 90 days

I couldent get a refund by my bank as I handed my card over for payment for this so called fake potfolio!!!!  They beached there contract by agreeing to take 350 from my bank early hours Monday morning witch was supose to be taking out on Friday but tryed sevrel times diffrent days to take the money when I rang them and asked about it thy said they where very sorry it must have been some kind of mistake I said I wanted to cancle they said I have no right to cancelation once I left the premises they then told me I will be breaching my contract if I don't pay them then they threaten me and tell me they will come to my house for what I owe. If it was aranged for evryone to go there and demand our refunds back please let me no as these people have to be stoped

Hi Barry, check your contract? who is it with...... I have a feeling the company does not exist...as in it is made up....
If it is you can do them for fraud and trading standards will have no choice but to get involved.

I guess you can't get in touch with them anymore.  No answers to emails or not even telephone number is working. Will have a look about chargeback and I definitely will report them to watchdog

Hi on my contract there is no name only the address 67 great titchfield street on my bank statement it is showing as London Studio

It says London studio on my statement aswell. And I've already rang her she said she couldent help as I'm not from that area

So glad I checked the website. and saw these comments. I had submitted an application for my daughter, Manchester Model agency,  checked internet before I called the number they sent telling my daughter she had been successful!   The number they used was 0203 6210009, today. No words for people like this!

Hey guys. I went to the london fashion studios today for a test shoot and there was this blonde woman and she told me that i am a commercial
model after that she started talking about the money and i told her that i have to call my mum
so she can send me money. The woman got the money and she said that okay then everything is fine now your portfolio will be ready in 2 weeks. The strange thing is she didnt even talk about modelling what will next happen and stuff and now i read the whole reviews and thinking why did i do this? They got 1,800 pounds from us. What shall i do now? I want my money back. Please help!

Hi Emma you need to contact the trading standards number is 03454040506 and explain situation,they might say as they havnt broken the agreement,and could provide the portfolio in two weeks,so wont be able to get refund.Failing that you need to look at the contract you signed on the day.John who has provided his email in one of posts can help more with this.I would strongly recomend contacting trading standards or bbc watchdog as the more people contact and complain,it will hopefully put this company out of business
