- James replies to Flower pop| 1 replyKids...why do you say kids...are you part of the John ring?
- Flower pop replies to JamesOh here comes back James who is full of [***], who's a lier and a trouble maker...
Do not believe a word he says... - JohnPeople who are looking at this, please be aware that James, Lisa, Rick etc. (and probably different names after this msg is put up) are put up by the company to detract from the vast amount of genuine customers that are appearing on this thread. If you think about this logically, normally customers who are happy or even content do not write good reviews and are certainly not as active as some of the positive messages that are on here. These are simply put up by the company themselves to filter or detract from the negative threads on here.
A reminder for all those that have missed my advice:
FYI - the order form and credit agreement from this company is fraudulent and I know for a fact they are in breach of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
I would also like to advise people that you are able to take this company to the small claims court to get your money if the company refuses or trading standards are unable to help. Please look on the order form for the limited company (they change their name so often so it would be difficult to advise). You will have to pay court fees but if you win your case the defence would have to cover the cost of this. Otherwise dispute the transaction with your card provider stating it's fraudulent with the appropriate paperwork.
Finally always contact Trading Standards or the Citizens Advice Bureau, at the very least they will point you in the right direction.
If you need help and contrary to what has been put up by the company, I am always looking to help consumers. The only thing I need is the order form and credit agreement (if applicable). I would recommend you block out sensitive information such as card details, address etc. for your own reassurance. You can email on jackwiljones@gmail.com
Hope this helps. - Barry| 1 replyAnybody who has lost money with this company I would email John and give him details,I have and has helped and give us vital information about the contract and credit aggrement, and hopefully this will get me my money back.
This company from the first time my daughter got in contact gave a very good talk in persuading us to hand over my money to them..Since then I have done research and realised I had made a mistake.
A reputable model agency does not charge a booking fee to have a photoshoot, and then does not make you pay for the photos to get you on the books.Someone in the previous messages has give a link to what to look out for,I will try and find and put on here.
Also this company says it will provide with lots of model work, and has lots of contacts it is totally false, and just more lies to get you to part with your money
If anyone replies to this message and just reply with a insult as they have done with John I will just ignore,as they are just people who work for this company trying to distract from what they are doing, scamming people out of there money.
I have made a mistake but will rectify this by getting my money back, and getiing London studio, The Fashion Room whatever name is being used at 67a Great Titchfield Street or 67 Great Titchfield Street CLOSED DOWN - Daniela replies to PaulHi, I would like to know if you solved anything or got your money back ?

- Elena replies to dianeHave you got your money back or did you get your pictures?
- Irina| 2 repliesPeople, I've been at this "studio photo" on 67 A Great Titchfield Street around 1 month ago. My daughter send a photo them and a women LATIFA, called me back in a Friday afternoon telling me how gorgeous and beautiful is my daughter. She said that they accepted my daughter for a photo shouting. They charged me over the phone with £50. After this LATIFA send me an email with a lot of information about my daughter's photo shouting. I was there on 15th November (67A Great Titchfield Street) and they did and behaved like a proper, a real photo studio. After this a gay took me in a very dark room and showed me how gorgeous it's my daughter. He asked a lot about my financial situation, about my husband and why are we there, etc. In that moment I was like blind person. I don't know why I acted so foolish in that moment. Anyway the gay tried to take £4000 from me but I said to him that I don't have so much money. He asked me then for the Golden package and asked me for £500 in that moment and then every month the rest of £1000. To my shame I paid £500 and I signed for another £1000. Obviously when I arrived home I had the bad feeling and first of all I called my bank and I cancelled my cards. Because starting with the next day I called them every day. EVERY DAY. I email them. NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING. I send them email and I asked them for a refund BECAUSE WE HAVE THE RIGHT BY LAW TO CHANGE OUR MIND WHEN WE BUY A SERVICE AND BECAUSE WE LOST FAITH. Also I asked them to delete all photos with my daughter and obviously NO ANSWER.
So, in this case what we can do? I can't believe that we just stay here and in the meentime these scammers do what they do. I can't believe that they continue with no shame, no fear. We have to mobilise together and stop them. We must reclaim them at police, trading standars and police fraud or by law.
In the meentime I am going to go to that studio and make scandal and no longer let these scammers make money on the back of our children.
This is the true about this photo studio and anyone who try to say that they are genuine are the same people we were chested.- Caller: The Fashionroom.biz, modelling platform

As you can see they are constantly changing names to avoid closure. If you have been approached by any of the above names I would highly recommend to report it as fraud and contact westminster trading standards immediately. - ThunderBird 4 replies to Irina| 1 replyYou paid over the phone on a credit card. Then evoke clause 75 on your credit card and apply for a charge back, not just for the deposit you paid but the full amount. Tell the CC company you fell for this scam and you want all your moneys back, and you will get it. Then the credit card company will go after the company for there money back... If possible always pay by CC as your insured.
- Irina replies to ThunderBird 4Thanks a lot
- Santa| 8 repliesI guess I can't get my money back. And don't know where else I can go or do :(
- Modelling Platform replies to Santa| 7 repliesYou are purchasing a portfolio ...it's not rocket science
If you don't like / don't buy
It's simple!!!!
The company is very conscious and explains fully that we make money by selling portfolios
The management - ThunderBird 4 replies to Modelling PlatformBut you tell the young models and there family this portfolio will get them work, EVEN when you know they dont stand a chance. Everyone who paid by CC claim back from your card company. Not just for the deposit but the full amount.
- SJ replies to CourtneyChange your number or just put a ring tone for that number to know not to answer it.
