It is true raw chicken must be handled  very carefully as salmonella is present in each bird. However, with sensible handling this should not be a problem. Ensure each fillet is washed properly under a running tap and that surfaces are scrupulously clean. Do not mix preparation surfaces, ie raw meat with cooked or raw vegetables and thoroughly clean each surface after use. During the cooking of the Chicken test ,using a knife or skewer, a larger piece of the flesh to ensure the juices run clear . If there is any hint  of blood in the juices continue until it runs clear, but do not overcook as this will dry out the meat. Vegetables should be prepared at this time. Bye.

Michael Moore and Haydon Driscoll are charged with conspiring to commit fraud and stealing the money between July 2011 and November 2012. Due to the severity of alleged offences the case was transferred to the town's Maidstone Crown Court where both men will appear for Preliminary Hearing - Case to be listed for Trial on Monday 25-January-2016 - 14:47. No pleas were entered.
Thirty-three-year-old Moore, of Cripple Street, in Loose, Maidstone, is charged with one count of conspiring to commit fraud and one count of stealing from an investor.
Haydon Driscoll, 39, of Otford, faces the same conspiracy and theft charges in addition to 16 different counts of stealing money to the value of £102,570.
