If this thread is untrue, why have two consultants left Dakota Partners International and joined yet another company with very similar dealings!  Dont fall for their tricks.  You can't make money from land banking and so called carbon credits.  If you want really want to invest money, use the FSA regulated companies.

After reading Moons message i feel i should add a comment regarding these
money dealing firms who are not registered with the FSA one wonders why
they are not registered whilst handling clients money which runs in to thousands
off pounds.
Manor Rose dIdn't encourage me to invest monies with them once i found that
they were not registered with the FSA.

I used to  have username to log onto NYSE website and now I am unable to login at all.

It says account closed and when I contact NYSE, they say contact company account  holder who no longer exists.

Does your username still works?

Here's an update of my investment venture.  Please note this is only here to help people NOT to invest with DAKOTA PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL, due to my past investment venture, which has failed miserably.

In previous notes I have mentioned that I had bought land, this was in Cheltenham, but so far have had no title deeds, it has now been 6 months, of so many false promises, I.e. that I would get my money back, so far nothing.    The company is still under investigation by the police.  I just don’t understand why no one else hasn’t come forward via the internet to make people aware of the scam.  

If there is anyone else out there that has similar dealings with Dakota Partners International, then I would love to hear from them.

You lie.. there are no credits in your name. Enter your UDI and PWD, take a snapshot and post that or shut up!

Manor Rose is a respectful company who offer the best service. All you people have nothing better to do than complain. I have been shown high returns and will continue to do so. Keep working hard Manor Rose.

It interests me to see all these comments on this site. I read it just before I invested into carbon credits with Manor rose just over 3 months ago. I must admit that it made me very nervous, seen as though I have had my fingers burnt in the past by various companies. Manor rose sent me any paper work I requested in order to put my mind at ease. I decided to take a chance with them but for alot lower investment than was originally intended. Within a month and a half I was receiving back over 20% profit on my money. I have since then reinvested my original figure and will now be looking at having an even higher return this month. I do still ask the gentleman about this site from time to time and he just tells me for what it is. Just a stupid Blog by a jealous ex employee.

My boyfriend works there and he has never had any problems, this all got started by a ex employee

They keep phoning here too, these blokes are quite nasty if I say no, they pester the life out of me knowing full well I have a brain injury and I am not the full ticket these days, when I was in hospital they rang where I live and was so rude to the lady who answered, the manor rose agent got stroppy with her saying...well its her loss she did have money coming to her but shes lost out now and slammed the phone down  how rude  how do I get them to stop phoning? Its so endless

Just say your no longer interested as the company is not registered with the FSA, they will soon get the message!

Sorry to hear your are unwell and being pestered by these salesmen.
The answer to them is to fit a call blocker on your phone if it is possible.
I have purchased one for my phone it gives me peace off mind from their hassling.

on this blog I have not seen any actual proof of fraud.  neither have I seen a balanced view presented.

i am considering investing via Manor Rose at the present.

in my experience ... green belt to residential re-classification was a separate investment ... there may have been an iota of truth in the initial claims.  these things are hard to verify either way.  the initial investors should have done their own due diligence before investing.  isn't that obvious?

on this blog i have seen some links from Manor Rose & to NYSE VCS registry ... these deserve further investigation.   in my experience, I have seen cases where anti-investors spring up and talk against their chosen target.  they have usually lost money somewhere or have been harmed somehow (through loss of income, sales contacts, accusation, etc).  their accusations often contain some truth, but are also often exaggerated.

with any investments, one should expect that for every X number of investments that make a healthy return, there will be a few that do not, or that even go sour.  that's what happens with investing.  period.
